We are repeat customers with PlanIt Events, and will absolutely be a customer again in the future!

Most recently, PlanIt Events handled my 40th birthday party. They did the decor (a beautiful Peacock color scheme) and provided the food (a fabulous taco bar). We find the crew to be professional, reliable, and incredibly talented. The decor was gorgeous and each element coordinated with the others beautifully. From table centerpieces, a photo stop, to the food table, all the decor went beautifully with the theme but each element also had its own flair.

The Taco bar was delicious and set up (and cleaned up) at the arranged times.

We had an amazing time, and leaving the details to PlanIt Events was the best part of our party! Thank you PlanIt Events for taking the stress out of our party! We loved every detail!

This is only 1 of like a dozen displays I've had from PlanIt Events. I cannot say ENOUGH good things about Evan and her team. You couldn't find anyone nicer to work with. They are masters of their craft. 10/10 ALWAYS would recommend them for special events.

I recent used PlanIT Events 2 times for work events in the last 6 months. Both events covered roughly 400 people over multiple shifts as we run 24/7.
From the beginning of planning the food selection to clean up the process was seamless. I could not have been any happier as we're all the employee and upper management.
Their professionalism with ever detail was amazing. Presentation was tastfully done and the food was very very very good.
I could not have asked for a more professional, efficient team. Karen and Evan truly care and go above and beyond for their clients.
We also had a ballon display for 1 of the events and it was stunning and spot on for the event. It served as the back drop for group photos. Our corporate office was in awe!
Thank you PlanIT Events for making my job so much easier.
You definately will by my cater for all future events.

There is SOOO much to say about this company!!! Evan and her mom have always been so humble and always work to excel at everything they do while ensuring their customer satisfaction!!! They work so hard, they are in constant communication with their clients!!! They have even helped out their current or previous clients out of the goodness of their hearts! Their Job, their presentations, their professionalism is the reason why they are referred over and over again!
We have used them multiple times and we trust them with our eyes closed… let them decide what they think would be better based on the occasion.

I needed to take the time to make this post not because I have never rated them but because someone rated them in ways that DO NOT portray their business. I am sure that if they decide to decline a job or something along the lines there is a truly justifiable reason including maybe feeling they were not the right person for that specific job. And that itself shows humbleness. I am sorry this person had such an impression, however sometimes we have to reflex on what was done from our part that could have caused some sort of discomfort or miscommunication.

Anyways! That’s all I have to say! And thank you Evan and your mom for MAKING each occasion a wonderful, special and unique. I’m also grateful that the rest of your family as now gotten involved in your small local business due to your continued growth. Keep it up girls!

Where do I even start with Karen and Evan… this team is outstanding!! Not only have a worked events with them but I’ve also been a client and all I can say is WOW!! The food is fabulous.
