A great team to work with. Thomas and Rhiannon were wonderful to work with, selling our first home. They took the time to see us in person, travelling to us and walking through their proposed sales methodology. Their proposal was extremely competitive but their personal touch was impeccable.
On the day of the auction, they were so helpful with calming our nerves and guiding us through the process whilst getting us a great sales outcome.

Received an unsolicited call from this agency. I asked how they got my number as mine is on a 'don't call' register. They reply was 'I have all numbers', and proceeded to ask me if I wished to sell. I ask the op man to delete my number from his database as I don't want to receive calls from them. With total disregard to my request, he continued to ask his questions - I reiterated that he remove my number once again - he continued to disregard anything I said. I consider this unnecessary pressure by the agent. I've resorted to blocking the mobile number. I wonder how the Real Estate Institute would view this type of tactic to gain listings.

I rented a property from Place Ascot for 1 year. 3 property managers later and constant dramas, disrespectful behaviour I can finally wash my hands of them. There seems to be a very toxic culture at this company. Would not recommend

Very disappointing selling experience after the amazing professional service I have received over the years from Place Newmarket. Perhaps Place Newmarket can provide you all with a few helpful tips on selling properties. My property was sold in 3 weeks by Coronis Ascot.

There are those who go above and beyond their job descriptions, and then there's Richard Hain.

A little while ago, I was renting a unit when the owner decided to put it on the market. This meant I had to move. Richard was selling the property on the owner's behalf.

I had been through this same ordeal a couple of years earlier at a different property—the place got sold, and I had to move—so I was prepared to start looking for another place to rent and go through the drama and stress of searching for rentals all over again. It's not fun.

Richard called me shortly after this property was listed with his agency and offered to find a new rental property for me. I found one I liked, he told me it was mine (paraphrasing), and I moved in.

I couldn't believe it. After having just gone through the same thing with another agency, I was not expecting any help at all, let alone the red carpet/green light service he gave me.

I had zero stress, zero drama because of him—it was the easiest move I've had in almost thirty years of renting.

I can't recommend Richard enough. He didn’t just go the extra mile to help me; he ran a whole new marathon.
