Pioneer Country has it all and more. My wife and I highly, highly recommend it as a wedding venue and had a fantastic experience. From the start, we felt comfortable and relaxed with Sarah, Pioneer's wedding coordinator, who was honest and transparent with us every step of the way. She is an expert within her field and provided us with excellent advice and recommendations again and again. The day was perfect and ran so smoothly thanks to the organisation of Sarah and her team. We can't thank them enough!!!

My wife and I were married in Pioneer Country's beautiful chapel, had breathtaking portraits taken on the property and our reception in the spacious barn.

The food was incredible and the chef went above and beyond to cater to our guests many dietary requirements. Sarah's rule is that no guest should go home hungry, so there was plenty of food and all of our guests were raving about it later.

The value for money was outstanding, with transparent pricing and countless inclusions that exceeded our expectations. We seriously couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate our special day. We would highly, highly, highly recommend Pioneer Country Weddings!

As huge country music fans, we decided to centre our wedding around this theme. We envisioned a relaxed country atmosphere that combined tasteful elegance with the charm of a barn. Never did we imagine that such a place existed so close to home. The minute we drove through the gates of Pioneer Country, we knew we had found the perfect venue. The immaculate grounds matched our vibe beautifully.

There are so many wonderful qualities about Pioneer Country that it's impossible to mention them all, but a few standouts for us include.

The team at Pioneer Country is simply incredible! Sarah and her staff went above and beyond to ensure our day was as special as possible. Each time we met with Sarah or any of the team, we felt welcomed and could sense their excitement for our big day.

Sarah provided us with an extensive list of suppliers, this made the planning process a breeze. It gave us peace of mind knowing we weren't going to forget anything and that we were including vendors that are also exceptional at what they do, have worked with Pioneer Country before and come very highly recommended.

Every guest raved that it was the best wedding and venue they had ever experienced, and everyone had a fantastic time. Luke provided the most delicious food, with an extensive menu that catered to all our guests needs. With so many food options there is definitely something that will suit everyone's taste and budget.

One of my favourite aspects of Pioneer Country was the opportunity to go in the day before the wedding to set up all the personal touches. It was a lot of fun and allowed me the time to step back and appreciate how beautiful everything looked before the excitement of the big day kicked in.

Pioneer Country is not just for weddings; it's a versatile venue that would be perfect for so many other celebrations. We can't wait to book our next big event there!

Sarah and the Pioneer Country team provided us with the most amazing venue for the biggest day of our lives! We had our ceremony in the beautiful chapel which created a wonderful atmosphere. The canapés and reception areas were amazing and gave a rustic and cozy feeling to our celebration. The catering was a highlight for many of our guests with beautiful local produce, drinks and wonderful addition of a tea/coffee/whiskey cart that had our family and friends leaving full and happy. Sarah was a wonderful wedding co-ordinator and provided us with amazing recommended vendors and well-meaning advice and planning that gave us the perfect day! Thank you Pioneer Country!

Sarah & the Pioneer Country Team,

You were truly the back bone into brining our special day together.

From the planning stages, through to the venue setup and then the big day, the Pioneer Country Team were an experienced crew and it showed.

As we embarked on our venture to get Married, it was a very unfamiliar field for both Ray and I.

Sarah took us under her wing and guided us with her wealth of knowledge, genuine love for the industry and the couples walking through the door and her brutal honesty, which was our saving grace.

Both our families come from farming backgrounds so we all fit right at home with the wonderful staff and the beautiful venue. Our loved ones are still raving about the venue… I think they took more photos of the venue than us!

Whilst the weather didn’t go to plan, our dream outdoor Fig Tree Ceremony was relocated to the Chapel. On our big day, my grand entrance into the chapel met with looking down the aisle at my husband waiting, took all my disappointment away.

From the grounds right through to the dinner plate, nothing seemed to disappoint. The food quality and quantity was an experience in itself, leaving all of our big farming boys and girls full and in owre of what felt like 5 star Michelin service.

Our day went by so very quickly but we truly had the A Team for our wedding, which has been reiterated by our overwhelming feedback from our guests and their experience.

Our day was filled with so much love, big belly laughs, beer pong, lots of dancing and a little too much to drink; thank you Sarah and the Pioneer Team for helping pull together a day beyond what Ray and I thought possible.

Between everything that went to plan and didn’t, we wouldn’t change a single thing 🤍

We absolutely loved our special day at Pioneer Country. Despite the weather, everything ran smoothly with the wet weather back up of having the chapel and of course the reception in the barn, it was perfect. Sarah made sure everything ran perfectly. And the food!!! A huge shoutout to the chef, All of our guests raved about the food, we couldn’t be happier and no one was left feeling hungry at the end of the night. We loved that it was pet friendly and our 2 fur babies could be apart of our special day. It was truly magical.

It was so nice to have your staff come up to us and thank us for such an amazing night and to be told that they could see so much love in the room and that they appreciated that our guests treated them so nice with kindness and respect for them. This meant so much to us. They went above and beyond to make our night. Without them things would not have happened so thank them with all our appreciation.
We have been getting so many people contacting us saying they had the best night and that how our wedding was so beautiful and this came down to selecting a fantastic place to have our wedding and to you for all your personal attention and assistance. Your knowledge, communication and wealth of experience helped us to plan such a wonderful wedding.
A shout out to Luke your chef, he was wonderful and took all our requests as a challenge and made it all happen. His communication was excellent and he even came out to speak with us when we were setting up on the Friday.
Thank you so much for coming to our help when our stylist failed to turn up. Between us and you we saved our night and the place looked so beautiful.
The location for all our beautiful pictures were incredible and we have seen a few and they blew us away and can’t wait to see them all. All these little details all brought together at one location I believe made it easier to organise and made our day so beautiful.
Sarah, we can’t tell you how much we appreciate you and everything you have done, and also the most amazing location. We are so happy that we were married there. We will be back for our anniversary in a few years.

The biggest thank you to Sarah and her team at Pioneer Country for giving us the wedding of our dreams. The venue has it all - ceremony, reception and photo locations all without leaving the property! The food was outstanding! Our guests were very pleased with the meals they received, with many of our guests enjoying seconds! The meal and drink service from the staff was second to none. We were very thankful for the access to the venue the day prior and after to set up and collect our wedding items allowing us to enjoy our wedding day without any worries. I have no words for the role Sarah played. Right from booking the venue she provided us with her expertise, vendor suggestions and updates as the venue was being prepared for the wedding day. She played a massive role in outlining and coordinating our day. Sarah was like an invisible fairy ensuring we got down the aisle, to our photo locations, kept us up to date across the night and ensured we had the night of our lives without a worry. We cannot thank Sarah and her team enough for helping to create the wedding of our dreams. Pioneer is such a beautiful venue that we would 100% recommend checking out. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue and wedding was!
