A big thank you and recommendation to Sharon who assisted me with arranging a coach for our wedding in November 22. Sharon was warm, friendly and one of the best vendors I dealt with in the whole planning process. She made everything easy with her kind service and considered solutions. On the day, the bus driver was accommodating, on time and reliable - our guests who used the bus were very happy.

Do NOT use this company if there is any risk U may leave something on one of their buses as you are very unlikely to get it back.

We used pinnacles to transport our wedding guests after our wedding reception and one of our guests unfortunately left our wedding cake on the bus.

Any sensible person would of course call the hirer (me as they had my number) to let me know that a wedding cake had been found & left behind.. but no... The pinnacle drivers found it, claimed it & ate most it.. and then laughed it off when we asked the manager where our cake was.. unbelievable!

upset and annoyed doesn't come close to describing how we felt...and of course no apology...

Yesterday we did the Pinnacle and wildflower farm tour with one of your tour package. The bus really comfortable with USB stick holder, Wifi which was very handy for a 11 hour tour. Our driver young Renea just 23 years old. She was lovely and friendly. Very informative about WA tourism and gave us lot of hints. Her driving excellent. We felt very safe on her hands. Our group all mostly over 60's she treat us with up most respect and she went out of the way to help the staff at lunch stop.
