So refreshing to walk into a store and receive spectacular customer service.
We were completely frazzled after hours searching for quality soft furnishings. Sienna could not have been more helpful, she knew exactly what we needed and has a fabulous eye colour and texture combinations.
Her lovely manner quickly tuned our day around, we left this gorgeous store with everything we required, our living room looks sensational thanks to Sienna.

Easy to purchase online using "click 'n collect". Greeted by a lovely friendly female staff member at register, she provided courteous service to collect. The younger female staff were busy bagging up other customers purchases. Thankyou for my perfect plant stand ! I've been looking for something like this for a few weeks and so glad I found you Pillow Talk Kotara 🙂

Sienna was amazing. She took the time to assist my wife and I select our new bedroom linen, also helping with suggestions regarding colours and styling. Her customer service was exceptional and there was a genuine interest to assist us. Sienna did not make us feel rushed and as a result she created a fantastic experience. Thankyou Sienna!

Great staff and team. Happy to answer questions and direct you to the right products. They are always happy to go the extra mile, to make sure you walk out with a smile on your dial. Highly recommend this business as a place to shop at.

I was in your store today looking for 1000 thread count queen bed sheet packs. After spending half hour trying to look and find them myself i gave up.
All 3 or 4 team members were hanging around the counter.
Not 1 team member greeted myself and my mum or came over to offer help.
We left and spent $280 at Adairs instead where we got service on the floor and greeted when we walked in.

Please speak to your staff as we chose pillow talk first but no service was offered during our visit.
