It was a fantastic experience. I went with my family of ten, so we had the entire basket to ourselves. Everything was timed perfectly. We were up in the air, enjoying the Melbourne skyline at night, which was a beautiful sight with all the lights and the moon. We watched the entire sunrise. A camera recorded us the whole time, capturing the lovely flight, which was later shared with us, including both the video and the photos at no extra cost. Tanguy is an experienced pilot and a friendly bloke, ensuring our safety while sharing stories with us! Overall, it was a memorable experience for me and my family.

Wow! Wow! Wow!
We flew on a beautiful clear day with very little wind but it was spectacular. The views were incredible and Dom and Justin our crew members were so knowledgeable and professional, I could not have asked for a better experience.

My 14-year-old son and I had the incredible opportunity to experience our very first hot air balloon flight today, and it’s safe to say it’s an adventure we’ll treasure forever. Everything about the experience was exceptional - from the expertise and professionalism of the team to the hands-on opportunities to help set up and pack away the balloon. The flight itself, soaring above Melbourne’s breathtaking landscape, was nothing short of magical. To top it all off, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at a luxurious 5-star hotel, making the day feel even more special. An amazing experience! Ticked off a bucket list wish and it didn't disappoint. Viktor and Angus were great and made us all feel informed and safe throughout the whole experience. We had a great flight and so many photo opportunities, the bonus of being sent go-pro photos and a time lapse reel taken from our balloon just made it even better.
The breakfast and champagne at the Sofitel following the trip was lovely and a chance to get a history of ballooning and more information on the whole flight process. Definitely worth it!!
