What a bad experience. Avoid this agency, they are not serious, very poor service. We called so many times to confirm if we needed an appointment to bring our documents and they said we didn’t need any, that we can come any time until 5pm. We came from far away at around 3 pm and they were closed already, how come they don’t say they closed earlier if we call so many times to confirm the hours!!! Waste of time!!! Don’t go there. And also the place doesn’t look good at all, I wouldn’t feel safe leaving my important documents there.

Very bad service, book an appointment for a visa and told me they close at 5pm even call to confirm the closing time 2 days ago, they said come anytime we close at 5pm and after a long trip they said “we just close at 3pm on Wednesday and other 2 days sorry” BE SERIOUS. Never go there. Girl on the phone very rude. Avoid this agency at all cost. Also the place is disgusting don’t even look a safe place to live your passport
