There are not many 'factories' like this any more. Absolutely loved our visit, the chocolate tour was awesome and made my inner child (pretty sure he's called augustus gloop) so happy. Chocolate was everywhere and the samples and activities kept everyone engaged. Cafe was really good also; my favourite was the chicken with satay sauce. Keep up the awesome work, its a place that will be remembered fondly and I hope to return again some day

We spent nearly 3hour(including cafeteria) there and kids had a lots of fun there. Well explained the process of chocolates and friendly staffs shown around the packing area. In game area some of the machines were not working properly otherwise best place for kids and adults.

This place is fairly small compared to other chocolate factories. There is still a decent selection and a cool chocolate penguin display out the front. A school was doing a tour as we arrived so it was very chaotic. I'm sure it's not usually like that. The cafe was ok. They do have cute robots that bring you your food though.

Very arty, quite expensive, lovely chocolates, a few samples of your lucky. There were no tours or activities when we showed up around 4pm. To us it was just a huge shop and nice Cafe full of tempting chocolate products out of our budget. Hot chocolate drinks available only for those who like it very sweet. Plenty of car parking and hard to just drive by a a chocolate lover.

Nice place to visit to see and learn how chocolate is made. Factory and museum consist of a self guided tour with serveral interactive games in which chocolate can be won as a prize. The 400kg chocolate waterfall, the largest in world, is impressive. Making your own chocolate squirrel is both fun and delicious. The tour of the actual factory to watch chocolate being made was intresting to see.

Too expensive for the tour. Got free sample in the shop. Good selection in the cafe and coffees. Food and drink in cafe served by robot which was cool to watch. Very busy road outside to enter the carpark.

expensive for not a lot of chocolate that you actually get out of it. but still a fun experience make sure you have some cash on hand for the chocolate customising machine. lots of art and exhibits if youre interested, as well as lots of information. the chocolate drawing thing is very fun but the rooms get really full super fast and queues happen easily. also there was a missing tour guide in the chocolate factory making part? we ended up just walking through. also the exhibits should be maintained better, there was so many broken parts and buttons that didnt work which took away from the experience.
