Rosy translated our wish list of desired locations into a wonderful and manageable itinerary. Her experience & expertise was second to none and she excelled in all her recommendations. Erin was very helpful when we had to cancel our holiday to Eastern Europe in 2020, peak of the pandemic. I am sure she would have been under lots of stress, but it was not evident.

We had a great trip to Queenstown in 2023. Erin sourced appropriate, family friendly accommodation which was able to accommodate a large group of people whilst being close to the heart of town. Flights and transfers were arranged by Erin including assistance with skiing, ski and clothing hire and tours.

Erin is currently planning our trip to Lapland. She has been a pleasure to work with to ensure that this will be the most magical Christmas experience. Nothing is too much trouble. From flights, transfers, accommodation and tours, everything is taken care of. We couldn’t recommend Erin highly enough. Thank you Erin!

Sadly, many issues overseas with missing tickets, incorrect phone contact numbers and transfers just not turning up. Spent many hours overseas trying to sort which spoiled our group holiday to a large extent. Took ages to get the refunds too.
Update: As of 2 weeks after initial review, still no response from customer service as stated and now found out two other members of our group are still chasing refunds. Poor form PHT.

We have been using PHT for a number of years. They can never do enough for us. Anne Marie’s experience and knowledge is next level. We have booked 5 cruises through them and are in the process of organising a trip to Europe. Anytime we’ve had an issue even when travelling (never been their fault generally third part providers) they have fixed immediately.
