Last minute cancellation of flight @ 10.30 pm the night before my flight. Not being tech. savvy or having an email I tried calling the emergency number. Couldn't get through. The car booked for me at the other end was too complicated for me to drive. Very very distressing.

I paid a premium for PHT to put two flights in one ticket. Got little service. They did not alert me to the need for a pre-arrival form into Mauritius and did not pre book me seats on my flights. I could not do this- and when I asked while overseas I was told it would cost $30 for them to do this. Frankly they were disinterested in my travels. Maybe they are only interested in booking cruises? Won’t use them again.

Quotes provided for accommodation and flights were equal or more expensive than what we could find in 2 minutes of googling. Handy for handling flights.

Very poor service. Didn't check our visas so we nearly missed out flight. Do not recommend this for anyone. They gave us a list of flights but we found cheaper ones online. Very Very bad service.
