Staff always friendly and welcoming into the store, knowledgeable of products. Tanika is wonderful and always happy to help!! The manager (I forget her name unfortunately) is also very helpful, willing to answer any questions and provide advice. Highly recommend!!

Friendly but incompitent staff. Lyn convinced me to buy a $50 inflatable protective collar instead of a conventional one ensuring me it will not come off easily and large enough to stop my dog licking her surgery stitches and it failed to do both. The day after her colleagues refused to change it for me. Also their prices are typically twice Amazon.

Every time I buy crickets there seem to be more dead than alive.
Fed my dragon thismorning from the 2 new containers of crickets purchased last night, out of 2 packs I got 6 live crickets and over 40 dead ones and the stink smells like they've been in that container for a month with no gel.

The store manager Kirra called and arranged new tubs at no cost with fresh stock.

It’s incredibly annoying being pounced on by a staff member as soon as you’ve walked in. There’s been occasions where up to three staff have asked if I need help. I usually know what I want and head straight into the store to the section I need and it’s not uncommon to be followed down the aisles by a staff member asking if I need help.
