Be careful of these guys. We approach them to do some works in our shop and we have now been left with a epoxy flooring that is deteriorating and parts of the shop that has NOT been finished and has been no response back from petra. after months of chasing them, we find out that they have put the company we paid into liquidation and can not do anything. Petra are criminals to the hospitality industry.

John and the boys from Petra Group have excelled themselves in fitting out our premises (The Local Burger Bar ) at Lugarno. We were referred to them because of there detail of work and there expert advise throughout the build was invaluable. I was just served by the most racist guy I've ever met. There was no need to say what he said.
He was so rude that I didn't bother explaining what I was looking for.

Watch out when you order anything with this company.
We bought a new dishwasher to be installed in our commercial kitchen. Their employee who arrived to install the dishwasher was incompetent and unable to connect the dishwasher to be in working order. He left without it working .
When We got in touch with the sales man who said they were not liable for any fault with the equipment or how it arrived onsite. They advised to contact the manufacturer. Absolute appalling service from sales, to delivery and no installation.
Currently have new dishwasher in situ, that isn't working and old dishwasher onsite not connected to operate!
