safety of the property is very low. Although we didn't had any occurrence but if anyone wants to commit any crime it will be easy.

The rooms are very small, the ensuit toilet and shower is very small, no bin in the bathrooms. The property is very old but they charged a lot for 2 nights. It is not a sea side property at all. There were no AC in bedrooms only one AC in the living room which doesn't cover the bedrooms.

2nd night of our stay suddenly the internet was stopped and it didn't restored until we left the property next day morning.

The living room couch has stains which i felt very unhygienic.

Facilities in the kitchen was good. But the location of the microwave was not convenient to heat up foods.

In summary it was not a stay that paid us off. It was not a value for money at all! We believe the bill for per night was too high in comparison to the property condition.

An exceptionally well appointed house with a secure yard and a short drive to the local pet friendly beaches of Port Elliot. We had a vey pleasant short stay and would have stayed longer if possible. The house looks basic from the outside however inside it is fully equipped with everything you might want including wifi. The area is dog friendly with a dog park very close by and a few local beaches to choose from.

A great place to stay - very clean & comfortable. So relaxing for us. Our teenage kids were able to bike ride into Pt Elliot & our dogs loved the dog park nearby. Looking forward to visiting again 😆
