From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. It’s rare to find agents who genuinely care and take the time to support you every step of the way, but Michael and his team did just that. I rented the apartment for the first time. I just had an inspection of the apartment and have never read reviews on the agent.
Joe is the worst. He has never replied to me even when repairs are needed. Also, although he promised he would repair the floor before I move in, he has never requested repairers and ignored my phone calls and emails. The floor has still been broken.
I decided to move out because I do not want to get involved with him. I had paid the bond for 4 weeks rent when I move in, but he deducted 1 week rent from the bond without notifying me when I move out though I have paid the upfront rent and requested cleaners before I move out. He has never explained the reason.
I should have read the reviews on this agent before I move in. I hope this helps you understand the agent.

Some people include me were waiting in front of the apartment for an inspection but no one at this agency came.
So one called the staff named Joe, he said "previous tenant has changed the key, so I can't open." But we knew it can't be possible changing the key without asking the agent.
So another one called Joe again to get the proper explanation. Then Joe said that "current tenant is not home at the moment so I can't show you the room"
He mentioned different reasons and we all confused there.
The lady was very disappointed with him and got mad at lying, then went home. But what we only got information was Joe would be available 12:30 today for the inspection.
So everyone made up their mind and texted him if they still go.
After some time, my friend's couple called us with super anger and recommend us not to use this agency. They tried to go for the inspection at 12:30 so they called Joe but Jo said that "I only see your cancellation text message, I didn't see your message that you are coming, I have already difficulties to communicate with you." ..... HOW RUDE.

We were very happy that we didn't try to inspect anymore with the person who doesn't know how to talk during work. That's not your private.

My friend's couple usually very calm and never got mad like they called us but I am so surprised that Joe made them crazy.

If you can't stay as a professional, just quit a job for you and everyone.

I was looking at different properties that I was interested in buying, and found one that really stood out advertised by PPG. The agent that listed the property was Joe Leonardi. From the moment that I walked into the office I was greeted and asked if I wished for any refreshments... It actually made me feel really welcomed. He was extremely knowledgeable about the property's history, the current market conditions and stated the pros and cons about the property I was keen on buying. This showed how honest and trustworthy he was. I must say that I've had one of the best experiences dealing with such a professional agent. Thank you so much Joe and I'll definitely be recommending you to anyone I know that is interested in sales or rental properties

Strongly dont recommend this agency and especially joe. Ive been renting an apartment for 8 months . Qhen i originally moved in the hot water did not work. I contacted them and they never sent a repairer. also reported the air conditioning which ut has now been 3 weeks and ive heard nothing about a repairer. Following that i payed my rent which they then payed into to wrong ledger. This then put me in arrears for the next 6 months i recieved arrears warnings thst would change in price everytime. When i then sent them my bank screenshots they still insisted i was in arears. I wanted yo end my tenancy after this. Joe never put it forward to the land lord until 9 days before i was due to leave.

Very unprofessional. Don't rent or buy with these people.

Joe made any reasons not to welcome inspectors. Today I saw many people wasted their time for him standing up Infront of the apartment but he thinks he is doing right.
