Our afternoon tour with Ben was perfect! We had only one day in Sydney, and thanks to Ben, we came away feeling like we had seen all the highlights and a little more! The tour was not rushed; we had time to take pictures, hang out at the Opera House, walk on Bondi Beach, and learn some Sydney history. Ben was warm and welcoming and I highly recommend this tour.

This was our first trip to Australia and of course we wanted to make the most of it. We only had a few days in Sydney before our cruise to New Zealand. We wanted to see the Blue Mountains and the South Coast while we were there. We did not want the standard cookie cutter bus tour so we booked two single day private tours with Ben.

I read endless reviews when trying to find a private tour in Sydney. It was a bit daunting with the number of operators and many with similar names. With that said, I can’t imagine a better tour guide experience than what we had with Ben. He was informative, friendly, thoughtful and truly tailored the day(s) around our interests. We started with a tour of the Blue Mountains, but ended up booking another day visiting northern beaches after our first tour was so great. What an amazing adventure. Our day started with guide, Ben, picking us up from our hotel. We stopped at several lookouts and Scenic World on the way to Wentworth Falls. Lunch was a local pub. The three sisters (4 including the baby) and the views along the way were incredible but the Falls were the piece de résistance and worth the climb! Ben is full of interesting stories and facts about the area. Definitely recommend!

In September, my husband and I took my parents to visit Australia. We decided that we would like to visit the Blue Mountains National Park and Featherdale Wildlife Park.I found Ben’s Personalized Sydney Tours through a quick Google search and booked a private excursion. He quickly confirmed the pick up time and location. Ben customized the itinerary based on our likes and what locations were open to the public. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to spend the day with. Ben interacted with the entire group, and moved at a pace that was appropriate for our needs (us being in our 30s and my parents in their 60s). The highlights of our trip included feeding the animals at Featherdale Wildlife Park, taking in the gorgeous features of the National Park, visiting numerous waterfalls (Empress Falls, Witches Leap Falls, Katoomba Falls), Three Sisters, Scenic World, and Wentworth Falls Lake. I highly recommend Ben and his tours!

This was a perfect day out seeing the Blue Mountains! Ben, our tour guide, was splendid!
Prompt and kind, he was highly knowledgeable about the area, and shared facts with us about the mountains, animals and plant life. The drive to and from the mountains was smooth, and he had bottles of water for us as well. Ben communicated with us before AND during the tour, sculpting an experience that included all the things we really wanted to see and do. The hikes weren't too strenuous, but there were always moments to stop if we needed to. The waterfalls were gorgeous, the rainforest crisp and cool, and we also had the chance to do Scenic World, and even take a lunch break with a stunning view. Pacing was relaxed, and Ben never rushed anything. Highly recommend and would do again!

My partner and I did a Hunter Valley wine tour that included a visit to 3 wineries in the valley. We paid a little extra to get picked up from/dropped off at our hotel and to enjoy a cheese plate at one of the wineries. Ben put together a full day schedule for us and was very prompt and pleasant throughout the day. Had great conversation on the drive up and was very knowledgeable about the area. Overall had a great experience with fantastic wines and local foods (cheese and chocolate). Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Sydney or looking to explore some of Australia's wine country!

Excellent guide and tour
Ben is an amazing wealth of information about Sydney and Australia. He is kind, considerate and was willing to answer all our questions. It was raining hard during our tour but still managed to include all Sydney’s highlights and beach’s, even had umbrellas for all four adults. He met us at the airport smiling even though our plane was 2 hours late. Just a top notch tour and really great man. Thanks again Ben
