What an awesome travel agency . We have been using the excellent travel services and advice from Jenni for about 15years. We have found that the team at Perchalla and Turner all complement each other and work well together with an extremely high knowledge of travel advice and customer needs. Jenni understands our requirements and has recommended some amazing trips, accommodation and eateries for us during our travels. How lucky we are to have such a wonderful and accessible travel consultant!

Jenni has been organising our holidays for well over 10 years now and because of her friendly manner, her travel knowledge, care and efficiency we have always enjoyed memorable holidays tailored to our interests and preferences.

The latest holiday was no exception. We had an amazing time, saw some breath-taking parts of the world, had some unique experiences, and even managed to catch up with a family member travelling at the time; that also made possible through some 'fast footwork' by Jenni who managed to synchronise our travel plans.

Our experience with Perchalla and Turner extends to other staff members as well - we have found them equally helpful if we have questions or situations which need to be addressed in Jenni's absence.

So all round, the perfect package for us!

Kristy has been organising our travel plans for over 10 years. We would not think of using anyone else as she is so competent and plans and checks every detail thoroughly. If hiccups occur out of her control and ours, she sorts it out immediately. There is also often a bonus gift upon our arrival which delights us. Knowledgeable and professional team. I have been impressed with their responsiveness and attention to detail for years, but in the last few months, in the light of the COVID19 crisis, this business has been amazing in looking after their customers even though it has been such a challenging time for them.
