The marble floor and ornate furniture was lovely but when we arrived at 9:15am for breakfast, the hostess actually sighed and looked at her watch. The buffet remained unfilled: juice, pastries etc The hostess made a show of being put out each time a new table arrived. If the buffet is til 10am then until 10am the service should be top notch, not already winding up, packing down and showing you are a nuisance. Very disappointing considering the hotel is so lavish. There are some issues with repair and cleanliness, tiles the bathroom, tiles around the pool. Further attention to detail will lift this establishment.

Peppers The Hills Lodge is a great motel. The room I stayed in was great. It was spacious and very clean. Great bathroom. Very nice atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
I would definitely stay there again.
The only downside, there was no kitchen or even a stove top in the room.

Great location. Staff are very friendly. All my requests were promptly actioned. Rooms are brightly lit and very well appointed. Love the bathroom amenities. Good quality toiletries. Ample parking and a hearty buffet breakfast. Definitely will come back to stay.

Had a decent stay this time. TV wasn't working if needed to cast from devices.. was a bummer for us since we intended to have a staycation and binge watch with the kids.
Room wasn't ready when we checked in at 3 pm but we got complementary drinks from the restaurant while we wait.
Staff has always been great and this is our 2nd stay because of them..

Currently staying here for 3 nights. What a wonderful place super friendly efficient staff. Very spacious comfortable rooms. Great Buffet breakfast. Beautiful surroundings.
Would highly recommend.
Will definitely be coming back.

I had my Wedding here 13.07.24 and it was Magical to say the least. Kristine was my coordinator and she was fabulous. I received the best service from her and the rest of the staff. I had been living in Canberra and only did two visits with Kristine in person and all communications were done via email. She was very responsive and understanding with me.

We hosted both our Civil Ceremony and Wedding reception at the Hills Lodge, they allowed for me to have my have my Civil Ceremony at 9am and then my Reception at 1pm since I had a Religious Ceremony that I needed to have at 11am. Most venues don't allow that, but the Hills Lodge made things possible for me which I am absolutely grateful for.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel as well as some of my guests and they all had the best customer service from all the staff. We dined at the restaurant too and it was 5/5 the service as well as the quality of the food.

We just wanted a quick staycation close by. Beautiful place. Too bad its right by a main road. Food was average (breakfast) but the real highlight was Donna, she was amazing. She was behind the bar and served during breakfast. Very attentive and professional. She remembered our coffees too. 😊

Our stay at The Hills Lodge Hotel was a nice blend of work and leisure.. From the warm welcome to the elegant, well-appointed room, our stay was short but pleasant and comfortable.
