Penny Granny were amazing and easy to deal with. We had a small turn around window that we were needing something delivered and they did so well in making it happen for us. We have had our unit for nearly two years and it was smooth, easy, and seamless.

Even when collecting the unit, no matter the challenge presented they made it happen. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again when we need another unit for our needs.

Amazed at how good our custom build turned out. The quality of the build is exceptional. The team were so fast to produce and communicated perfectly throughout the entire process!! Best experience. Highly recommend. Do not look elsewhere if you're looking for a tiny home etc.

Chosen as an alternative option given the cost of building, such an easy process, staff are amazing to deal with, no question was viewed as silly, easy to customise the building with plenty of great choices for finishings. We have been renting a penny granny container home for 5 months now while building our new home. It has provided us with a super affordable solution while still having all the amenities we require including space to work from home. Definitely recommend penny granny to anyone looking for a low cost temporary living situation, or even longer term, these tiny homes are extremely liveable! Elena, Tracy and team have been so helpful from start to finish when it came to waiting for council approvals, they even came to site on delivery day to make sure everything went smoothly.

Love this little granny flat, it's perfect size. Got everything we need to be self sufficient and comfortable. We have had this nearly a year and love it that much decided to keep it another 12 months. The staff are awesome always reply very quickly and quick to help with any questions. Elena is who we always communicate with and I can't thank her enough for always being so easy to deal with and so lovely. These photos were from when we first set it up.

For those here to find reviews on whether or not this “Penny Granny” company is the real deal, I promise you it’s better!

Elena & her team were able to help me transition into one of their awesome little units, which I called The Tiny home, or also my home ☺️.

They were also able to help me through a time of difficulty and are 110% for their customers, rather than $$$ they are receiving.

I’d recommend these units for anyone that’s either looking to live smaller ?, wanting to be a bit more remote or even just looking for a chill zone.

They’re affordable, modern & and above the standard than what you pay, I promise that.

Thanks again team for your constant support over the rental term. You’ve been awesome!
