Dug us out a whole when out accomodation we booked initially was terrible

4 bed and queen was plenty for the 3 of us

Clean and spacious with outside seating balcony and below. Has its own covered driveway.

Beautiful 2 bedroom ocean view villa! Beautiful views, and everything you need. Tastefully decorated and super clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and the beach. Linda was really lovely and super helpful. Would definitely stay again ?

Our villa had a great location with a view of the ocean. It was spacious and a good size for party of 4 adults and one child. Everywhere was very clean - nice crisp white sheets on the beds and seemed to have a new or unused (till now!) oven and microwave in the kitchen. Just stayed 2 nights on our journey to Coral Bay from Perth - and didnt have any time or inclination to use the facilities on the complex. Glad of the wifi though!

Our stay at the Pelican shore villas was a great experience. We had an ocean front facing upstairs villa with beautiful views of the ocean and the river. Stunning sunsets at night and very comfortable accommodation. The hosts were very informative and friendly with nothing too difficult for them to do. The accommodation itself had 2 bedrooms and full kitchen 2 bathrooms and a laundry. Also fully furnished all you have to do is provide your own food. If you are thinking about staying in kalbarri I would highly recommend Pelican Shore villas. The location is walking distance to everything, they are very comfortable villas with everything included (apart from food)and great for family or couples vacations. They also have a pool which you can use plus undercover parking for each villa.

We stayed in number 6 oceanfront which was amazing!! Modern, clean and huge unit with the best views overlooking the ocean ever! Literally a one minute walk to the beach, river inlet, or town. Well kept resort, we loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Have stayed a few times now. These villas are great if you are looking for reasonably priced accommodation that is pet friendly. The villas are located close to the mouth of the Murchison River towards the southern route in and out of Kalbarri. They are a few hundred metres walk from the centre of town.

They are clean and spacious and perfect for families or groups. They are reasonably well equipped in terms of towels, bedding, kitchenware, washing machine, bbq, dining tables and chairs etc. The kitchen has the bare minimum in terms of crockery and cutlery, i.e. you need to bring your own cooking oil, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, tinfoil etc. There is reverse cycle heating and cooling.

Although the villas and furnishings are starting to look a little dated, everything is clean and functional. Check in is easy. If you are checking in after hours: make sure you call ahead so that they can leave the keys in a locked box for you.

If you have a small dog that likes to escape: we have stayed in two different villas and our dog was able to escape on multiple occasions from both villas. This isn’t such an issue if you have a larger dog. There’s plenty of parking if you have more than one vehicle or boat.

Great place to spend some down time. We had a 3 bed unit over looking the pool. It was very roomy for 5 adults, very nicely fitted out and very clean... Definately reccommend.

This place is huge! There is plenty of space, spotlessly clean. Absolutely wonderful accommodation. It's a perfect place for families.
