AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

I paid well in excess of $3000 for stock from this business. After waiting over a week I am told that the cheap courier refuses to deliver to my dress (which is in a metro area, by the way) and that I have to drive an hour away to pick it up in my car (not doable).

I said this isn't reasonable and to either organise the delivery which I paid for or refund me. Laurie from Pearl cancelled my order. It's now been 5 days since I heard from them despite multiple emails now and I still haven't had my money returned.

I will be escalating today.

Terrible supplier to sell goods such Bulbs. Don't try to buy bulbs with him. Our company has been waiting his bulbs for more than two months.
