Shame Shame Shame! Stay clear of these characters - don't believe them when they say, you will get a refund when they "the operator's" cancel a cruise due to low numbers - We paid for 12 people for a 40th Birthday two days before the cruise we had to chase them to be told the cruise was cancelled and we were from North QLD - The cost of the flights and accommodation
and to top it all off - no refund for 12 people which was paid 2 months in advance! What a complete rip off don't book with this Company! They're a joke! * Update* Thank you for my refund it’s sad I had to play the shame game to receive my refund! You have restored my faith in human nature! ***

What a joke, buffet meal was cold, chicken was not cooked properly, salads were basic, the only plus on food was the beef dish, it was tasty but still cold, rice was hard and clumpy. Drinks, this is were there was a real issue, the prices were guessed, $15 for a very cheap scotch, $10 for white wine vinegar. when questioned a refund of $10 was given, wonder how many people got ripped off. Trip started 1/2 hr late but finished on time, was sold as a vivid cruise if we were told it was a disco cruise we would have gone elsewhere. No tongs for dessert people mauling cake everywhere. Poor service, poor attitude, filthy boat.

We did the ABBA cruise as a late birthday present for my mother. The boat was about 45 mins late and ended up at the wrong wharf so that the staff had to come get us from where the boat was supposed to dock. Then 15 minutes in, they turned around and went back because they apparently forgotten 2 people. The food was terrible. The person serving drinks did not know any names of wine, only was able to order by asking for white or red so I don’t think he was a bartender.

However, the 2 stars are for the ABBA tribute show. The performers were great and super fun and they played great music afterwards to dance to.

They cancel if they don't have the numbers and they DO NOT tell you. We waited for 45 mins for a cruise that never came! They also only answer phones between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday so if you do happened to be stranded at a wharf waiting for a boat that is never coming no one will be able to you ANYTHING about what's going on. You can leave a message but they wont return your call until Monday!

They did offer a full refund and a free cruise but honestly selling tickets to a cancelled cruise, not informing people it is cancelled and having not being able to reach anyone on a weekend spells a pretty sub standard operating model to me!

This cruise company is a disaster, we had New Year Cruise and paid $600pp for 6 of us. They had one bar and we were offered free drinks all night then we were told 1 drink pp so the cue got longer and longer,, DJ, canape all night. Huh, no DJ, no canape just a horrible buffet, would not eat as I am sure it was a food poison waiting to happen, then no water to flush ladies toilets, or to clean glasses etc, lost power and no one told us what was happening, and arrived back over an hour late, and no view to watch the fireworks, what a bloody joke.
Stay away from this company they are cowboys

Paid but no cruise. No cancellation message. We called to get a status update, but the receptionist had no information - someone would call back shortly (and never did). No contact from them today about a refund, not even an apology.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! They cancelled our cruise a week before it was scheduled to go ahead and when I asked for a full refund instead of booking us on an alternative cruise for another date, they simply didn't respond. I tried calling several times and leaving voicemails but no one ever got back to me! I am now in the process of going through Fair Trading to get my refund back. BUYER BEWARE
