Just finished Everest Base Camp with Peak Potential Adventures. One of the only companies to stay at base camp overnight I would highly recommend doing any of their adventures. Darren and Shane. (Poff) go above and beyond. Before, during and after the tour always checking in making sure you are ok. Have all information you need and there if you need anything answered. Are the nicest guys and engage with the best local guides when going overseas. On the hike if you needed anything they were right there with you. I now consider them friends and will definitely go on another adventure with them. Have just randomly popped a couple of the 1000s of photos below of our journey will never do it justice. Enjoy

I trekked the 3 capes in Tasmania with Peak Potential and Chris, Shane and Darren (or as we called them Caz, Shaz and Daz) were fantastic tour guides. They knew the route like the back of their hands making for a safe and exciting trek, and they knew all the best vantage points and backdrops for great photos.

Great guys, great craic, great walk, and couldn’t recommend them enough. Special shout out to Caz for being a legend and driving the bus / listening to us yap for 3 days straight!

I've recently finished two guided walks with the Peak team: the six-foot track and Three Capes. Both experiences were absolutely incredible. The team consists of highly encouraging individuals with a fantastic sense of humour. Every aspect of the journey is well taken care of, allowing you to simply show up, walk, and immerse yourself in the breath-taking scenery.

The Three Capes walk in Tasmania was truly astounding. Not only were the views absolutely stunning, but the food provided was sensational as well. It was an all-around remarkable experience.

I recently completed the Overland Trek with Darren & Kris from Peak Potential Adventures, and it exceeded my wildest expectations. From the start everything was taken care of and their attention to detail was second to none. They were in constant communication with the group, before the trek began and assisted with equipment needs and answering questions prior to arriving in Tasmania. During the trek, their expertise & knowledge of the area made this a truly unforgettable adventure. As we explored the natural beauty of this mountainous terrain, there was a sense of comradeship and no one was left behind. We were encouraged to overcome our fears and achieve our hiking goals without fear or judgement. Individual needs were catered for and with their combined kindness, quick wit and humour they were able to guide us safely through to the finish. Highlights of this tour for me was being able to reach the summit of Mount Ossa and explore the various waterfalls, that are only accessible by hiking the overland track. I highly recommend choosing Peak Potential Adventures for your next tour.

I got to fulfil my dream and summit kilimanjaro on 14 Aug with Peak Potential and under the guidance of Zara team in Tanzania . Started solo but ended up with many new friends and a fabulous sense of satisfaction and gratitude. The team were amazing , making everyone feel welcome and empowered and their attention to detail was beyond reproach.
Their local knowledge and experience shone through and we always felt safe and heard. Yesse was out of this world amazing and assured and guided us at every moment. Yesse’s team even sang us a lullaby each evening which added an element of tradition and fun. The instruction meetings for each day to follow were clear and concise which was very reassuring. Every need was catered for and nothing was left to chance .
One day my water bladder leaked and i was left with very little water for the remainder of that day . Without hesitation and without my knowledge, Jackson ( one of our porters) ran back down to the camp we started from and refilled my water . I was so humbled .
Shane took oxygen stats every night amongst other important health information to insure or health was being monitored.
All of the porters were courteous and polite snd the food was varied and well beyond my expectation of what would be served .
Springlands hotel in Moshi was cute and welcoming. The pool was clean and I can highly recommend the Kilimanjaro beer .
The celebration that was laid on for us once we git back to Machame gate brought us all to tears. It really was from the heart .
Afterwards we went on Safari , again hosted by Zara team snd it was truly amazing . Our Guide Zamo was so knowledgeable not only of all the animals and birds but all the best places to seek them out . There wasn’t one question he couldn't answer . The accomodations were beautiful and all the staff were welcoming and very pleasent.
I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate my 50th Birthday and i cannot thank Darren ,Peak Potential , Springlands hotel , Shane , Yesse , Zamo and all the porters abd of course my wonderful co climbers for the love , laughs and memories.

Excellent, outstanding, sensational, professional, caring, thoughtful, genuine........BEST operators on Mt Kilimanjaro.
From the moment I was greeted at the airport, to the lofty Kili peak, through to Safari on the Serengeti and all the way home, Peak Potential Adventures went above and beyond.
Every little detail is taken care of and when things crop up (illness, injury etc) as they can do on trips, nothing is too much trouble, anything unforeseen is handled swiftly, with professionalism and zero stress.
I've done several trips with Peak Potential and cannot recommend them highly enough.
I love travelling with these guys, they're they best!

I struggle to find the appropriate words to explain the incredible experience Peak Potential Adventures provided on our recent trip to the Three Capes in Tasmania, but here’s what I’ve got.

The team curated such a seamless itinerary, allowing us to enjoy so many facets of what this beautiful piece of Australia has to offer, but at no time making us feel rushed. The walks themselves have left me speechless, after each day feeling like it couldn’t possibly get better - but it did! The food was just incredible, even the packed lunches for our treks (can we get some of those apples shipped up to NSW please?!) and the accommodation was very comfortable, especially after long days, and situated in such a picturesque and convenient location.

But, the icing on the cake, the cherry on top, the Scroggin in our backpacks were Poff, Darren and Kris. Their attitude, knowledge, skills and stories are incomparable, ensuring we were well informed, safe, and making the most of our trip, in whatever way was right for us. After a very trying couple of years for my husband and myself, including having this trip postponed by 9 months due to Covid, the boys made sure to remind us to “defrag” and tackle each day as we needed to in a way that suited us, whether that meant racing each other through the bush (because who doesn’t love a bit of friendly competition), or sitting on one of the beautiful lookouts in complete silence for as long as we needed to allow the calm to wash over us - the choice was ours. They excellently gauged everyone’s personalities and adapted accordingly, pushed those who wanted a challenge (or monkey gripped us across an almost 300m high cliff to get “the” photo), and supported those who wanted to take a slower pace and soak it all in that way.
Words cannot do justice for how grateful I am for the experience, anyone considering an adventure holiday should look no further than the Peak Potential Adventures team. Even if you’re not sure you’re fit enough for something like this, the team will provide guidance, training and support leading up to the time, and no man nor woman is left behind.

What an adventure we had on our Three Capes Trek in the stunning Tassie!
Darren and Shane were beyond accommodating to the bunch of crazy mum's escaping the daily grind of motherhood and breathing in the goodness of the great outdoors. From our extra-curricular activity suggestions (like to see the southern lights) and putting up with our banter about wiping kids snotty noses and nonsense along the way, the boys were fun and professional and we felt we were always in safe hands!
Highly recommend Peak Potential and any of their adventures! I know I'll be signing up for more ASAP.
