Do not trust this company!! Booked them for an event and they confirmed and I kept following up for an invoice to pay and she never replied! And then literally a 2 days before the event she disappeared and I was unable to contact her! If you’re looking for someone reliable, this is NOT the company!!

One of the worst event planners deal with. Terrible at their communication skills. They were pretty good with their messages prior to a deposit is paid. Once you give them the money, no response at all from them. No reply to their fb msgs, phone number goes straight to voicemail & no email responses. The only response you might get is - we are away on holiday 😡. Be careful when you book because the lady is definitely not flexible with your requirements and surely never polite in her dealings. I too run a small business from home but this one in Melton is one hell of an experience you would not want to deal with for any of your special events.
