Perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer stay where you can watch the world go by from the comfort of the lounge or visit the beach with little to no effort. Whilst isn’t not super flashy you cannot beat the location or the sound of the waves rolling into the sand less than 50 meters from the door.

The location is sensational and honestly, that’s what you pay for when staying at Paros. The units are a little older and a little worn but if you’re ok with that (as we were, seeing as I had 3 children with me) then you’re in for a treat as the complex is literally right on the beach with patrolled flag area only a stroll away. Even though we had a “garden” room, we still had plenty of beach views which was amazing. The pool and spa was a hit with the kids and the room, whilst a little old, was very clean. Would recommend and would stay again. The value for money is great!

We stayed here for 7 nights with a group of 12 people. We had 2 units, 1 & 4. Unit 1 was okay but dirty and the beds were hard. Our unit 4, was very shabby. 2 tiled stair cases neither of which had hand rails. It was supposed to be newly renovated but it clearly hadn't been. The only good thing was the location. Beautiful view of the beach and walking distance to Surfers paradise. Probably wouldn't use again.

If location is what you are after at an affordable price! Paros on the beach is for you. These self contained units are spacious and have direct access to the beach aswell as offering a pool & spa. The host were amazing and nothing is too much of an ask. While the units are a little bit on the older side don't let this deter you, they are very clean and well maintained. The complex has beach towels they let you use, which means less to pack, along with some water toys for the kids along with other free complimentary thing to use. Even our garden room had ocean glimpse and overlooked the pool. Loved our time here! Also within walking distance to some great restaurants if your not up for cooking.

Really great spot by the beach. Theheated spa is great and pool is lovely. Our apartment was very nice but a bit grubby, just felt a little unloved. Looking past that though overall it was a great experience with comfortable space for everyone and premium access to the things to see and do on the Gold Coast.

Stayed here at the end of the Qld school holidays. Great location eay walk to the beach there the property.||||The pool is great large enough to do laps (17m). BBQ facilites are good and really clean.||||The only criticism I would have is that the unit we were in did not have aircon, if was mentioned in the booking details I must have missed it. But ceiling fans are help and of cause you do get the sea breeze blowing through, but no insect screens means mosquitos can be a bother.||||Lots of restaurants about five minutes drive down the beach toward the Casino.||||All-in-all good value for money.

Great value accommodation that is right on the beach. The on-site pool area is ideal for families with a kids pool, spa and lap length pool. There is also a BBQ area next to the pool. The units are nice for the age of the building. We had nice views towards the beach. Parking is underneath the building. We walked down the beach to then back into Cavill Avenue (Surfers Paradise CBD) which was nice.

We stayed in a ground floor beachfront apartment for a week. It was the same look as the advertising pictures but the refurbishment must have been a while ago. The whole place is in need of a good spring clean and spruce up. Lots of little things wrong from missing light bulbs to broken door locks. Aircon and exhaust fan full of dust.|Everyone of our 12 person party found the beds uncomfortable. |The rest of our extended family were a floor above us and there apartment was far worse with no refurbishment at all.|If they had been cleaner and of a bit better maintained it would be a great place.|The location is perfect for the beach and public transport. Staff were helpful.|Don't be misled by the marketing photos.
