Celebrating a friend’s milestone birthday, we decided to go for the buffet breakfast at the Park Royal Monash. We had a fantastic and memorable experience in every possible way. |The free underground parking started the good vibes, stating that the first three hours are free. We could then park safely and easily right next to the Park Royal entrance. From the friendly receptionist who greeted us all warmly on our arrival, to the happy and helpful restaurant staff working the tables and seeing to the guests needs, to the bright and friendly chefs who made the food and quickly replenished the food, everyone made our experience delightful! |The breakfast offerings were varied and delicious, with fresh fruits, cereals, yoghurts, eggs cooked however you wished, bacon, tomatoes, chicken sausages, hash browns, mushrooms, fried rice, pancakes and waffles with all the expected trimmings, various breads and a range of spreads, croissants and sweet pastries and everything looked appealing, fresh and tempting. The drinks on offer were fresh juices, tea, coffee and chilled water and our gorgeous servers, Anna and Rashika came to our table and offered us freshly made coffee and tea, despite there being a coffee machine to use.| Anna and Rashika were particularly friendly and super-helpful, clearing away used crockery and bringing fresh cutlery and even carrying a plate of food and a drink so thoughtfully for one of our group who needed a bit of help. What lovely staff you’ve employed! |Finally, the manager came out towards the end of breakfast session to talk with his staff and he then came over to our table. He probably noticed the birthday balloons we had and he was interested to learn about how our experience at Park Royal Monash had been. He listened carefully to all of our highly positive comments and then offered us each a glass of champagne to celebrate and toast our friend’s birthday. What a kind and friendly gesture from Ryan, the manager! This charming man really did put the icing on our celebratory cake with our fabulous peach bellinis that he personally served to us and even offered a special price for our breakfasts. Amazing!|Thank you so much Ryan, thank you Anna and Rashika, thank you to each and every person we came in contact with today at the Park Royal Monash. Your professionalism and happy and thoughtful natures really made our day sooo memorable!

Location is great.  It is about 20km from Melbourne cbd.  With a rental car, we can get to cbd in 30-40 minutes.  Hotel is connected to M-city shopping center.  There are supermarkets and restaurants; thus super convenient.  Parking is provided for $25/day，which I think is a bit expensive.The hotel room and bathroom are both quite spacious and clean.  Wi-Fi is steady.  All in all, en enjoyable stay at Park Royal Monash Melbournehotel.

I stayed at PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne for a business trip. While the check-in and check-out process was quick, I had a very disappointing experience regarding the breakfast charges. I had booked and fully paid for my stay in advance. However, due to misleading information from the staff, I was charged an extra $90 for breakfast at check-out.||Before dining, I asked three separate times whether breakfast was included in my room. I clearly stated that if there was an extra charge, I wouldn’t take it. Each time, I was assured that breakfast was included. But during check-out, I was told that the charge was not “extra” but came through my company’s system — and that they even “gave me a discount.”||How ironic — am I supposed to be thankful for being misled and then overcharged with a so-called discount?||I've traveled for work extensively and this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I felt deceived and taken advantage of. I will definitely not be staying here again.

I am a Titanium member of park royal hotels, regular at this place, rooms always clean and service by staff is excellent. Reception staff always super friendly and great with kids, they also will do their best to accommodate whatever request you have as long as they are able to. Also they follow the correct privileges of titanium members including the appropriate room upgrades which I’m pleased with.

There is a shopping mall down stairs connected to hotel which is fantastic. Lots of fun to shop and take the kids to play in arcade, swimming pool and play ground. There is also a Woolworths super market down stairs

Parking is also available but cost $25 per day.

My only complaint is I wish they improve their in room dining options, maybe have a kids menu, and also improve their availability and timing of in room dining, and all day option would be fantastic. Also would be great to lower parking to $15 per day esp if longer stays

I had high expectations for this hotel given the price, especially since I had an amazing experience when I stayed here last year. However, this time, the service didn’t fully meet those expectations. Housekeeping often took quite a while to respond, even when I used the designated button, and I sometimes had to call the front desk separately.

There were also a few small inconveniences—our room wasn’t vacuumed when we requested it, though it was done the next day after we asked again. Used glasses weren’t automatically replaced unless we requested them, and when asking for cutlery, there were occasional missing items like spoons. Once, a towel was missing after housekeeping, which seemed like something that should be restocked by default.

Additionally, I noticed that the paint on the hairdryer handle was flaking, which was a bit unexpected. 🥲

Staffs are really friendly and helpful. You can enjoy delicious food with lovely view from the restaurant. Rooms are really clean and very easy to check in and check out.

Clean and quiet, with friendly staff. Room service was provided daily. The location isn’t ideal if you want to be close to the CBD. Since reception isn’t on the ground floor, it might be a bit tricky to find at first.

I have stayed at Parkroyal Monash multiple times and was very enjoyable, beds are comfy, room was clean, and dinner at Ginger Restaurant with my family was awesome. All staffs were very welcoming and best at their service specially front desk and restaurant staffs Maimoona.
