Totally disgusting🥹wont suggest anyone to park here😕says 18 hours free at entrance no sign of charge at entrance but at exit it charged 30$ for one hour. A big scammer🥹

Scam scam scam... had horrible experience. Flase and misleading information. Parking space just next to shopping centre with no clear indications that it's linked with Opal travel etc. Upon exit, asking $$$ although clearly mentioning I only entered assuming its shopping centre Parking and want to exit. Be aware!!

Carpark is directly next to the Ed Square shopping centre but doesn't include parking prices so you'd expect it to be for the shopping centre. Nope. $30 for 0-24 hours of parking if not commuting (this is only advertised when exiting the carpark. Absolute scam.

I used my credit card to tap on off at the train station. So I figured if I use the same card to exit the car park, it'd count the same as an Opal card. But NUPE, got charged $30 for less than 10 hours parking on a Thursday morning. There was no warning too. Extremely sneaky. Otherwise, this is a good car park in terms of space and lot count. Overall disappointing however.

Scams place, be aware they will charge a hefty 30 dollars if no opal card linked with blah blah. No receipts, no way to get ticket. Misleading advertisement near a popular shopping centre. Avoid it if possible

Great carpark, never had a problem finding a park in the morning for my commute. Using the app you can see how many parks are available and by tapping your opal card you get free parking if you are commuting but pay if you park more than 18 hours

What terrible local car park here, $30 for 20min, No sign No one show us before entering car park that you will be charged $30 unless you use Opal card Why not you have to stop people by asking them to scan your Opal card to enter at the beginning? If they don't have Opal card but they still want to enter then you have to pay $30. Is it fair?
They treat you like a crab trap, let you free enter then no way to get out except you have to pay $30...Too smart design to rob money in your pocket!!! How can local business there going up when the first time visit you have already been charged $30 for 20min car park. Will you come back that cutting- knife car park ?!!!
