Parker By The Sea - Surf Beach, New South Wales

After travelling a distance to Broulee and finding our booked apartment was not suitable to stay in due to lack of cleanliness, it was disgusting.
We then found Parker by the Sea in Surf Beach. We stayed for four nights. This is a beautiful town house which is presented so clean & has everything you need for a comfy stay. The person who cares for this unit does a wonderful job in cleaning of the units & maintenance of the grounds. The internal floors felt clean under feet.
There's a double lock up garage, plus another spare car park, easy for unloading luggage. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms one with bath. The beds are so comfy, excellent linen, and listen to the waves from the upstairs bedroom, Lots of little extras in the pantry which is really appreciated. Good coffee mugs, and a tea pot which is great for those of us who enjoy a pot of real leaf tea.
No clothes dryer in this unit, but the clothes line was in afternoon sunshine. We stayed in Unit 3 which is first unit on the road side with a sunny patio courtyard. The street appeal is lovely amongst homes with gorgeous gardens, very quiet street, 5 mins walk to wonderful beach with café & with headland walks & birdlife. A short drive to Batesman Bay where there is a superb river cruise with lunch on board. Beautiful scenery wherever you look.
We didn't get to meet Grace, but she made us feel very welcome through messages, which was very pleasing after the stress we encountered with that Broulee booking.
We felt this townhouse was a home away home. I highly recommend these townhouses. We are already talking about returning to the Bay and hope to stay again in Parker Street.

My family of three stayed in Unit 1 of the airbnb for five nights, and it was a very enjoyable stay. Plenty of space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The kitchen had a lot of useful appliances that we used to cook breakfast every morning and we sat on the patio to eat. It was a very peaceful street, and I especially loved sitting outside at night to see all the stars.

The rooms were relatively clean and tidy upon arrival but there was no room service or anything so it was up to us if we wanted to keep things clean and tidy (which we did).

There was also a wide range of movie DVDs that kept us entertained at night (many were animated and for general audiences).

Had a lovely 3 Night stay here and found everything very good. The position was very lovely and the unit was a big unit. The bed was great and enabled us to have good nights sleep whilst travelling. The shower was not quite so good but was acceptable, For value the place was right up there and was good value for money - The unit was very clean and well kept and deserves five star for cleanliness. Overall I would recommend this establishment for a lovely stay in Bateman's Bay. Enjoy

We stayed for 13 nights in February, using only one bedroom of a 3 bedroom apartment and were charged accordingly. The unit is very quiet, private and immaculate. Very well set up with a fabulous kitchen and quality appliances. Absolutely everything you need to make a lovely meal. Grace is very pleasant and helpful and a lovely host who has great pride in her holiday apartments. We will definitely return. Many thanks Grace.

My husband and I loved this place and didn’t want to leave. So spacious, clean, fully equipped without being cluttered. Ideal for a family. 3 big bedrooms, detached townhouse so no noise from next door. 4 in the block, very quiet street back off the beach but believe it or not, could hear the surf during the night. Very friendly and accommodating manager. We couldn’t fault it, reasonable tariff and will stay there again.

It's one street back from Beach Road, so is quiet. The interior looks like it was renovated very recently, as everything (and I mean everything) was fresh and clean. Excellent use of light brown tiles and medium brown trimmings.||||Everything needed was in the full-size kitchen, with two TVs (living area and bedroom) and a large shower. Good balcony (with not much view), but a barbecue was available.||||Best was having a garage, that was capacious (could take 2 small cars) and secure (avoiding salt on the car at night). Close to Surf Beach (walking distance) which has a good local shopping centre with a chemist, hair-dresser, bottle shop and an excellent pizza place.||||Well worth every dollar. We'll be back.

We spent 5 nights at Parker by the Sea at Surf Beach near Batemans Bay. Our unit was two storeys with a double bedroom and a bedroom with two singles upstairs (along with bathroom and toilet) and a double bedroom with ensuite downstairs. There’s a full kitchen, a comfortable lounge area with TV and DVD, a double garage and a laundry. From the upstairs window you can catch a glimpse of the sea and most of the time you can hear the waves crashing. Two issues to note. It’s a fair walk to the beach and to the Surf Beach shops. And if you have young children, care is needed with the stairs. There’s plenty to do within an easy driving distance. Mogo Zoo was a highlight and the kids had a great time at the Corrigans Beach enclosed playground. Our stay was very relaxing and highly recommended.

Had a great stay with my mum n dad and my family. Catered for the 6 of us. 3 spacious bedrooms. Was delightful to stay and very clean and tidy. It was a quiet location. Lock up double garage. Recommended for families.
