Tried delivering something to me at a business address on a Saturday when Google and webpage states closed.
Took 5 days to re-deliver and even after the closing time of 5pm it still says out for delivery which means I won't get it today either. 12 days for 1 little box..

Worst Company I have ever dealt with.. They didn't deliver on the day. They were supposed to, leaving a message saying: unsafe to leave, and no one was at the premises. Even tho I was home all day. Today dropped right in front of the door (anyone on the street could see it if walked by) with a message saying: dropped and left in a safe place. I have a front veranda with a wall on each side. surely you'd think behind there would be a safe place not in front of the door with street view. Honestly, it's not good enough. The tracker is horrible, too, as I was told 2 - 4 business days, so I had no idea when to expect. They update the tracker the morning they are going to deliver, and you don't get emailed or a letter in the box to say they've been you just gotta reliy on the tracker that you've gotta constantly refresh.. it's been a frustrating experience. I prefer Australia Post.
