It is my pleasure to write an amazing review for Caitlin at Paradise Hunter who was our wedding coordinator in March 2023. From the very beginning, Caitlin was incredibly personable & made us feel at ease, as we entrusted her to bring our vision to life.

Caitlin's creativity & expertise were evident from the start as she worked tirelessly to ensure every aspect of our wedding was perfect. She was extremely responsive to our needs & her ability to understand our vision & execute it flawlessly was truly remarkable. Her attention to detail was second to none & she kept us on track every step of the way.

Our ceremony was held at the breathtaking Rippon Lea Estate, & our reception was in The Atrium at The Smith. Caitlin delivered an exceptional result organising & arranging them both. We were truly wowed on the day. Everything was beautifully executed & we received so many compliments from our guests on how seamless & flawless the day was.

We could not have asked for a more amazing wedding coordinator than Caitlin. Her commitment to making our day truly special was evident in every aspect of the planning process, & her expertise & dedication to ensuring a flawless execution made our day truly unforgettable. Having Caitlin Casey (Paradise Hunter) help plan our wedding was like having a trusted friend there every step of the way, listening to our needs and helping keep everything on track. With so many Pinterest ideas to consider, decisions to make and to-do lists to complete, planning a wedding can become overwhelming, especially during a pandemic and when the event location is your own backyard!

We hired Paradise Hunter to lighten the load and assist with event planning in the lead up to the wedding and run coordination on the day. We knew we wanted to do most of it ourselves, supported by someone who knew what they were doing to act as a sounding board and guide us through the process, offer creative ideas and remind us to consider the unusual things like toilet hire and outdoor heating, which she did! Up until the day things were a bit touch and go. Pandemic rules and restrictions continued to change and like so many couples we had to postpone our wedding. Throughout all of the uncertainty and the administrative nightmare of rebooking everything, Caitlin remained flexible and helped us make decisions and stay positive.

Four weeks out, we handed everything over to Caitlin so we could focus on ourselves and our toddler. Caitlin sorted everything with the suppliers, from finalising floor plans and run sheets, to taking care of site visits, bump-in and set up. She used her design skills to put together sweet signage that tied in perfectly with our garden party theme, home-made decorations, lawn games and fairy lights. These personal touches added to the intimate vibe of having the wedding at our family home and having Caitlin oversee and tie everything together with her meticulous attention to detail was a blessing. While we could have pressed on through the planning process on our own, getting help was a worthwhile investment in our enjoyment and happiness levels! Caitlin totally took the pressure off and I’m pleased to say that there were only smiles and happy tears on the day! Everything was just perfect. Thank you Paradise Hunter
