It's rare these days most especially, that people show kindness and great customer service skills. Each Travel Agent/ Operator I spoke with prior to Robert barely acknowledged me before advising of how busy they were and that they didn't want to spend their time looking into flights for me.
Robert however, most likely just as busy made me feel seen & heard. He didn't rush me or dismiss me as an individual.
I will certainly be using Robert I'm the future and recommending him to family and friends. Thank you so much.

We popped in to gather a quote and look over travel options for trip overseas and a tour. the team was exceptional in gaining our travel expectations and budget for a proposed trip, drawing up a quote in a quick and timely manner, allowing us to look at options and changes as well.

Stay away from this place . Caroline and Georgia both are rude arrogant stuck up women that should not be in business these days.. with so much other choices not a good practice to be arrogant rude humans .

I clearly explained to you today that I spoke to Georgia 2.5 weeks ago and been waiting since . If you would be bothered to actually listen to customers maybe you would realized that I been waiting for 2.5 weeks . At least call back and acknowledge that you got messages and be polite and not rude arrogant lie , don't try and cover up your rudeness to save your arrogance!!!
Maybe apologize instead of lie . Just because you been a while in business respect your local clients who trying to engage with local businesses!!
Come back to earth instead of being with your nose up !!

Caroline and Georgia were fantastic all from start to finish, the minute for my trip to Italy.
