We could not have pulled it off without Pamela! As our month-of coordinator, she made our lives so much easier leading up to the big weekend. I felt completely confident handing off all communication with our vendors to Pamela and she managed everything calmly and expertly. We had a first time officiant and Pamela helped a ton with guiding the ceremony. On the big day, Pamela & her assistant Keely were always nearby. When my husband wanted to take his groomsmen on an impromptu sailing trip around the Battery hours before showtime, Pamela coordinated it with a smile. We threw a few more curveballs throughout the day but Pamela was prepared. We felt so relaxed and the day went off with zero mishaps (as far as we know)! I highly recommend working Pamela into your wedding budget as for us she was worth every penny! Thank you, Pamela!!

We hired Pamela as a 30-day coordinator for our wedding of ~150 guests in Charleston. Unfortunately, Hurricane Florence had other plans. Though we had to cancel our first date and reschedule for the next month, Pamela was there every step of the way. There is no greater testament to her work ethic than her willingness to coordinate and re-plan two weddings.

If you hire Pamela & Co., you can sit back and relax, confident that she will deliver an experience to remember. Prior to the event, she responded promptly to emails, texts, and even calls. She personally handled all vendors so that there is one, streamlined channel of communication.
On our big day, she kept everyone on schedule and worked diligently behind the scenes, always there if we needed.
At the reception, it seemed as if she had a twin, because she was always nearby with a fresh drink, food plate, or even emergency excuses to get us out of lengthy conversations with guests.

I cannot thank Pamela enough for giving us the wedding of our dreams at a great price. Definitely will hire her again for any future event needs!

Pamela was an absolute JOY to work with. The stress of planning a wedding can be overwhelming at times, but Pamela was able to quickly put our minds at ease with her constant attention to detail and caring nature. She was very accommodating with all of our requests, and took the time to meet with us when needed. She always made a point to ask us how we were doing and was very personable. Pamela always put her best effort forward to ensure that our wedding day was nothing short of magical, and because of her, it was. If you are looking for someone to take away all of the worries and stresses that come with planning a wedding, including the day of, Pamela is your girl!

Pamela knows weddings! She knows Charleston . Her knowledge of vendors and skills in designing your venue will take so much of the worry and work out of your hands and into her capable hands . You need not worry for a moment because Pamela knows the details and the experience to plan for the unexpected !!
