Sent via Coffs Harbour pack & send an ornament and large vintage, detailed glass picture. The packaging was second to none. I have parcel wrapping envy with their ability to protect and secure. Highly recommend them for precious items. Delivery date was as promised.

Computer packed and marked computer - fragile to go to Melbourne. Arrived damaged and looks as if dropped from the back of a truck. Don't send anything fragile!

I had a great experience packing a large piece of artwork in a short space of time. I tried to pack it myself which was a disaster, thankfully the kind folks here repacked it within a couple hours at a great price. The artwork is protected with multiple layers, strong & neat, so I can send it to the buyer with confidence! Thank you

We had a very urgent package, we sent overseas. We payed top dollar. ($700) for it.

And the guys in coffs harbour took 3 days to process the package. So for 3 days it was just sitting there.

It is quite unprofessional to take over 3 days to process a single package.

But they were friendly, kind and helpful as they took.

I were moving house, and too busy to arrange a lot of things. I packed 4 packages and made a booking and paid with pickup at my site services on the same day. They did not come after 4 days. I called them many times but no any answer. I had to bring my 4 packages to their site because we have to move the next day. They said to me just left 4 boxes at there with no any confirmed paper. Then they charged me $25 more for the packed boxes?
After more than 1 month, they charged me $42 more for the difference in weight/dimensions of my boxes?. That is impossible because I did pack, measure, and scale carefully before I made the booking online.
