Muhammad is such a gentleman, patient and very professional at his field.
I had six packages sending overseas, without knowing the complexity of the arriving country’s import/ customs regulations, unfortunately the packages was put on hold at Customs , it could lead to an excessive potential costs at their storage facilities.

Muhammad had those packages sent back to Australia and resend them again later to minimize the lost for me. It’s really helped me a lot, as those packages had a lot of sentimental value for me, Muhammad really took good care of them and made sure they were well look after, impeccable service.
Also kept a direct and transparent communication with me throughout the entire process.

Fabulous service from Mohammed and the team.. We were sending a heavy item, (50kg) back to Germany for repair. Pack and Send picked up our package, organised all the paperwork and the freight company. Parcel was delivered to the manufacturer within 5 days. Can't recommend highly enough.
