Not a fan of this place and its ridiculous venue surcharge, card processing fees and tipping. So many fees to pay! Why should a customer pay all this before being given a meal. I recommend that you order one time per table otherwise you pay more than one surcharge, card fee and make sure you select no tip otherwise there is a default tipping fee added on. I didn't want to give a star but needed to so I can leave this comment.

The practice of adding a 5% service fee on Monday to Saturday and 10% fee on Sundays is illegal, and known as drip pricing, as it’s literally impossible to pay the advertised price on the menu.

Also the disclosed service charges are in a significantly smaller font size and weight than the rest of the menu, which is illegal. Surcharges need to be as prominent as the price on the menu.

Had dinner with my wife for my 30th birthday food was okay. Was wished happy birthday by the stuff on arrival couple of things I noted empty glasses were not removed from the table while Staff we were eating.

The couple next to us were celebrating their anniversary and they restaurant gave them a cupcake with a candle yet you would think for the money that you spend eating at a fine dining restaurant like rock pool that they would do something special for a 30th birthday as well.

Personally I think the food is overrated and overpriced. And the staff shall bit more enthusiasm

This company adds a hidden tip on your bill at its restaurants like The Bavarian, El Camino Cantina, Fratelli Fresh and others. Don't eat at their restaurants.

Company who buys great local restaurants and ruins them. Lowenbrau, Bavarian, Fratelli…all were once wonderful local restaurants and all now terrible since changing ownership to this company. If you see they own a restaurant, I suggest going elsewhere.
