The wonderful experience we had on our trip to Perisher Valley on June 28-29. It was an unforgettable journey, and we were impressed with several aspects of the trip. The bus was clean, and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Our tour guide, Lilyan (Bus #4), stood out as exceptionally cool and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. Although we can’t recall the driver’s name, we want to commend him for his safe and smooth driving. This trip left such a positive impression on us that we’re eager to recommend your services to our friends and anyone else considering a trip to Perisher Valley. It was an overall great experience. The bus was on time and the service was great as well. I'm personally impressed by Cathy, out tour guide. She was fun, friendly, energetic, and willing to engage with us. She was very communicative and clear in giving instructions and suggestions. Really enjoyed Perisher and the whole journey. The tour was flawlessly organized. Our tour guide, Sunny, deserves a special mention. He was an absolute gem! Sunny was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to each and every member of our group. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable, informed, and having a enjoyable and memorable experience. Captain Peter’s safe and expert driving ensured a smooth and enjoyable ride ,sharing history about Jindabyne & amazing lake view on the return. Thank you Peter & Sunny. Our trip on July 5-6 was amazing! Loved that everyone's on time (we were one of the first buses to arrive Perisher), clean, good rates on their rental and the bus has a toilet! But, what stands out the most is their tour guide, Sunny (Bus #3). Polite, always smiling, got lots of patience and funny. Our bus captain Michael drives very safely and it gives the passengers great peace of mind. What a way to celebrate me and my husband's 17th anniversary. Will definitely recommend to my friends and book them again! ?

We took the one-day snow tour at Perisher, departing on Friday, August 9th. I must confess that I was a bit skeptical because I had never gone on a trip with an agency before, but I found the experience to be absolutely delightful. Erick, our guide, showed great interest in making sure our experience was enjoyable. He was always attentive, with a big smile and an excellent attitude. They were very punctual with the schedule they had set. I had heard that the equipment rental was very disorganized, but it was actually incredibly quick. In Perisher, Erick recommended that we visit Blue Cow, and let me tell you, it was the best recommendation I've received this year! Many thanks to the Ozia Tour team and especially to Erick for his guidance on this trip!

Bus 3. Perisher tour only July: Sunny and our pilot Martin are awesome. I like Sunny’s funny jokes. Overall very good service.
Bus C, Thredbo Tour on August: Thredbo was awesome and more scenic than Perisher. Loved the Alpine coaster and Gondola ride. Food is better. Jimmy was our tour guide. He is very cute and helpful.

Love this tour guide we had! She’s full of energy and so lovely. Katherine made sure that we’re always on time and we could maximize our trip to Perisher! A lot of tips, hacks and information are also shared to enjoy this day trip to the snows. Highly recommended! It’s definitely worth it!❄️?⛄

Joined the Floriade tour to Canberra early October 24. Plan of tour was great, gorgeous flowers, many things to see at festival, timing given was sufficient to explore and enjoy the Floriade festival.

Time given for parliament house (1hr) was a little short considering need to queue to get in(security check) as all the buses arrived same time. But understand the time constraints as the journey to and from sydney takes 6 hours in total.

Lady tour guide and bus captain(?luke,bus 2) were great and bus captain gives excellent commentary during the ride.

Overall great experience and would recommend to join this tour as budget wise, economical compared to other tours offered online.
