The good- nice location. Quiet. Big accommodation. Comfy bed. Walkable to some shops and food options. Covered car park. ||The bad - oven grill was filthy. Room was very cold and split system in lounge wasn’t enough. No oil fin beater in second bedroom but lady at reception did get two more when I asked, which was nice. Needs a good clean. Bathroom fan so duty it won’t remove bathroom air. Window sills behind roller blinds filthy. Blanket for bed was dirty.

This hotel has lovely rooms with comfy beds and a nice bathroom with a balcony. But the only flaws are that the wi-fi that was supposedly "HI SPEED" as shown on the laminated piece of paper in the rooms is really slow and i cant even open Roblox, also when i try to open a site it it takes a minute to load the most RSSI i got was 4 bars and its usually on 1 or 2 bars, basically overall its a good hotel but the internet is like you time traveled to the 1990s so if your a gamer don't stay here but if your a grandma looking to stay somewhere look no further!
its a really good place :).

Great equipment that have total 3 beds, kitchen things, and so on. You may be bit colder in bedroom since air conditioner is not equipped there.

Firstly I would like to say that we were booked in elsewhere which we walked away from as it was disgusting so Oxley Apartments really got us out of a bind so thanks for that, we really appreciated it. The room was great , and it had a lovely balcony although it was on the 3rd floor which was difficult as there was no lift. They did offer a couple of other rooms on lower floors but we chose the front facing one. The location worked well for us but the cleaning was lacking somewhat. They just need to pay more attention to the showers, microwave, inside of the kettle and around light switches and door handles. The small details really matter. Other problem was there was no one at Reception when we checked out and as our flight was about 4 hours later we couldn’t leave our suitcases for awhile before heading to the airport which would have been great.
But otherwise it was a great stay.

Stayed in a 2-bedroom with my family for 1 night. Found some dirty underwear and a pair of socks behind the door of one of the rooms, and the toilet was filthy. There was no one at reception and no one was picking up the phone so I can raise the concern right on the spot, so had to pick up the dirty underwear and chuck them in the bin myself. Moreover, we were a family of four, but there was just 1 set of toiletries available.

The only saving grace was that the apartment was spacious and Marie, the lady who checked us in, was friendly. Other than that, the cleanliness of this apartment was horrible, and customer service was even worse.

I emailed the property to raise my complaint a few days after we checked out. Had to send 10 followup emails over the course of 3 weeks. Absolute nightmare.

After 5 weeks since I sent my first email, finally got on the phone with a person named Eva who said she’ll process the refund that day, but she didn’t, and I had to call again to follow up.

All that trouble for a measly 15% refund. Absolutely appalling.

This place is cheap and cheerful. The rooms need maintenance and some refurbishment. We didn't really mind, being only there for one night with some kids for a school sports event. the location is excellent and the place is fundamentally clean. It's just a bit tired. The value is good, though!

A fantastic location and apartment. We had 23 which was ideal. Clean, comfy, well appointed. Free parking - walk to Kingston cafes. Highly recommend. Laundry facilities, huge kitchen, comfy sofa etc. Easy check in. Quiet and super comfy beds.

Location: Tucked away in the Kingston neighborhood of Canberra. Mix of residents and guests. Definitely residential area (there a nice, large park across the street). We preferred this to staying in the City Centre. Short walk/drive to Kingston village with shops, restaurants, and bars. Manuka village is a short drive away. Keep in mind these are low-rise apartments (3 floors) with no lifts. So be mindful of where your room is and that you might have to carry your luggage up a few flights of stairs. Building is secure (need a key to enter). Covered parking. ||Room: Extra spacious 2-bedroom apartment with large living room area, fully-equipped kitchen (stove/oven, large refrigerator, microwave, dishware, cookware, and cutlery), dining table, and desk. Perfect for the family. Room is a bit dated, but that didn't bother us at all. I don't know if the whole open shower concept is an Aussie thing, but we didn't particularly enjoy it, especially for kids (though this was consistent at nearly every hotel we stayed, not just this one). ||Service/Reception: As this is an apartment hotel, services are limited. Reception was closed by the time we got there (6pm), but the security staff was there to help us check-in. Check-out was simple and the woman at reception was very pleasant and polite. ||Overall, we loved our stay here. We liked the apartment tucked away in a residential area. We had no desire to stay in the City Centre. Plus, it was a great value. Would stay again.|
