Went in for information on a family domestic trip, firstly the lady was too busy on her phone to notice us there, then she kept saying we had to book on the spot. She couldn’t provide information, suggestions or even take the time to hear what we wanted. When I picked my child up to leave I said it was fine I would go elsewhere and her colleague who had been there less than a minute stated rudely “fine, ok bye” No customer service, he didn’t know what had happened or even tried to assist. Understandable why they are always empty!

Response to the owner:
I’m sorry but your attempts to save face are pointless. I had not asked specifically for a price, your colleague mentioned your comments about domestic flights, and then looked like she was going to assist me before she started commenting like she couldn’t be bothered. I barely had a chance to complete my sentence, I was after package suggestions for my family type and recommendations of length of time that I could take away to my partner before coming back to book.
From the sounds of things, your lack of customer service and rude behaviour is a regular occurrence.

Phillip is super knowledgeable and efficient travel agent who helped plan our trip and solve issues! we called him at MIDNIGHT from usa when we missed our flight due to snowstorms delaying the drive and he fixed it all up and got us home on another flight without stress. thank you!

Extremely poor customer service and disappointing.

While I was asking questions from the lady the male co-worker jumped in and and told her to stop with the help as she has high volume of work load that she needs to do. This is beyond unacceptable and never have I ever seen such terrible customer service from a business. Booking flights and trips should be a fun thing to do but this place is a mood killer.

Asking questions and knowing what we are paying for is important and crucial but apparently this place only wants to take your money.

They easily lost a sale.

I went in to see Christina to confirm a flight. The male co-worker told her to complete her time with me ASAP as 15 minutes per customer was enough. He was unable to control his anger and started to defer it to me. I had to action him to control himself as it was quite traumatic. I can only imagine how he is when a customer is not present. I ended up purchasing within a half hour of leaving their shopfront costing me an additional $300. I will be escalating this matter. Very disappointing environment.

I'm Sorry is the response I think you're looking for. Your behaviour was so inappropriate to a fellow staff member, let alone a customer.
I told Christina I was looking to go ahead to purchase.
If there was a requirement for an appointment I had already emailed her prior if that was necessary, she could have said so.
The male worker had a complete meltdown. I was shaking when I left.
I'm sorry and my apologies that you were subjected to that should be your response.
Very very wary to attend at your business from hereon.

Came in with the intention of booking my travel with their agency. Similar to previous reviews the man was aggressive, rude and spoke down to me. They lost my sale and I would not recommend this service.

Whilst we had a good idea of what flights we wanted, Christina was very thorough and showed great expertise to improve our options, and to organise it to fit a 4 day break in Sapa (Vietnam) on the way back to Sydney. It's a no brainer for us - it costs no more than booking via the Airline, and you gain high levels of knowledge and the skill of somebody that does it everyday - not 2-3 times a year!!
