Room was spacious and bed comfy. However many areas appeared unclean or broken. Shower looked like it had mould, shower rose had something crusty on it, shower floor had accumulated dirt in one corner. Bathroom fan was full of dirt / debris. Curtain track missing preventing curtain from hanging properly, affecting privacy. Carpet at entrance to room appeared dirty. Cabinet under fridge was damaged showing the chipboard. Fridge didn't get cold at all. We did not see anyone from management during outer entire stay.

Great motel. Ticks all the boxes and we own a motel so we are fussy. It’s a great spot. Pool needs some love 🥰

This motel is absolutely putrid! The carpet is so filthy that I am scared to walk on it. It stinks and has a smelly thing trying to mask the smell.|The hand towel and bathmat stink. The fridge is not cold. I’m too scared to shower here. It is not hard to get a carpet cleaner in to have the carpets cleaned. And also something needs to be done to the bathroom as the smell is disgusting. The rooms are very old bathroom is much older. Would not stay here again.

We stayed here for 4 nights while in town doing some work for Vision Christian Media (88.0FM) and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Room was a great size for us and the location was walking distance to the CBD. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Would love to stay again in the future!

We needed emergency accommodation due to a sudden death in our family. We booked 3 rooms, all different but extremely comfortable and well equipped. The shower was amazing!! FIONA who was in charge was an AMAZING person. She was so beautiful, friendly and she was so compassionate when she found out our story. We stayed for 2 nights and we will be back again because of her!
This lady cleaned all day long and I must say our rooms were immaculate. Fiona is a true asset to this motel. We were all in awe at how hard she was working here from dawn till dusk, still smiling as the sun went down. Fiona, you should be really proud of the person you are. It was a pleasure to stay with you.

Our one-night stay was quite disappointing. The mattress in room 11 is sinking in the middle and is too soft, which gave me a back pain. Although my daughter managed to sleep through the night, the pillows were bulky and uncomfortable. I had to sleep without them to avoid neck pain. The bathroom had a lot of mold on the ceiling and needs some serious work. Despite the convenient online booking and check-in process, I wouldn't choose to stay there again due to these issues. We stopped to have a rest before going back on the road, but I couldn't rest at all.
