Highly unprofessional. Booked tour and flights with one of Out Travel’s agents, Michelle Thomas to Cuba. She failed to inform us of updates to travel requirements for transit into Canada so we were not allowed to board our flight out of Cuba to Canada, forcing us to purchase new expensive alternative flights out of Cuba.
To make it worse, when we got back to Sydney, she assured us that she would try to get a refund for our Air Canada flights. After stalling for months, saying she was in contact with Air Canada, she has ignored and not even bothered to return any of our calls or emails.
We are out of pocket thousands of dollars because of her incompetence. She has not taken any responsibility for her mistake and has ignored all of our calls and emails. Not recommended at all.
