I stopped by this servo recently and was really impressed with the level of service. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience smooth and hassle free. A special shoutout to the store manager Neha who was absolutely amazing professional, helpful and genuinely welcoming.

The station was clean, well maintained with top notch customer service.

Highly recommend this servo if you’re passing through. It was a very pleasant experience!

Great spot for a quick stop!
I visit OTR Glengowrie regularly—at least twice a week—and it's always a pleasant experience. The hot food and coffee are consistently excellent. Plus, having a Subway inside is super convenient for grabbing a snack or meal "On The Run" while paying for fuel. Definitely a reliable go-to!😉👍🏻

Nothing bad about the OTR side - the Subway side, however, has a new worker who lacks basic manners and was outright rude. All other staff at that Subway are great, but this girl seems to lack even basic retail skills. It's not hard to make a salad, but somehow she screwed it up. Peregrine, train your goddamn staff.

11:00pm. I normally have a good experience coming into this OTR. After work if I need petrol, milk or anything I need for the house i would pass this OTR ONLY because of the vibrant staff, smiley, and welcoming staff. But after tonight I will never come back!!! The staff is grumpy as hell!! I ask for the 4 pack of donut, which is the assorted one that was advertised infront of the counter. And he started putting just the one flavour. So i asked if I could have the assorted one like the one being advertised And he said " well you didn't ask for the assorted one!! And he said "that one is still in the bottom!! He then proceeded to just drop the boxes on the floor angrily and annoyed that he had to grab the donuts from the bottom area while looking at me!! And I Said " well it does shows here that it's assorted" and he said "will i can't see from here!! I had a long day too on a weekend started at 9am this morning and just got off from work!!all I wanna do is bring my kids something that they might enjoy in the morning. I don't care if you had a bad day!! I had a long tiring day too!! No one should be allowed to be served like that!! I am here crying in my car because of a long day and for you to just treat a customer like that!! You dont deserve to work in the industry if your gonna act like that!! I used to be a big fan of your customer service because of your bubliness after a long shift at work!! He's the big guy with curly black hair, and small eyes! One star because at the end of it all I got lucky he didn't spit on the donuts!! But! For your customer service SIR!! You don't deserve to even have a negative star! That was just rude!!

Really busy on the Sunday morning of Mother’s Day today definitely should have been two people on. Everyone coming in on Sunday morning getting their last minute flowers, coffees, milk and bread and the poor gentlemen that was on did a wonderful job of multi-tasking between serving at the POS, making coffees and petrol all whilst there’s a line almost to the door of customer’s waiting. larger companies need to realise that looking after your staff a key factor to a thriving business.

Saturday 14 October 2023, 1:30am. The late shift guy (consistently miserable, grumpy and rude) had the entrance door locked and called me over to the night service window (24 hour servo, I come here all the time and I've never once seen it locked up or had to use the night service window). I requested only 1 item and he flatout refused, saying that he is "sick of doing it" and he "can't be bothered". Sounds like hes sick of having a job to go to as well, which he did basically mention in a cryptic roundabout sort of way. Shortly after this, a woman arrived wanting to purchase several items. I was shocked to see he had no problem serving her and gathering the items she requested. So I returned to the night service window once again and asked if -he would now like to serve me the 1 item I wanted or should I assume he has a personal problem with me- to which he said he couldn't be bothered dealing with it and told me to put in a complaint, before closing the window in my face and walking away. When I google this servo it states 24 hour service station and supermarket.....better get that changed quickly because that's no longer true. Absolutely disgusting service from this guy, does not deserve to keep his job as far as I'm concerned. If I had a worker behave like that towards a customer and also refusing to do the tasks that they are paid to do, they would be gone. Immediate dismissal, no questions asked. I will be taking the matter further and lodging an official complaint with the site manager and to the head office. This guy is always in a bad mood, unfriendly and often rude. I've felt like complaining about him at least half a dozen times but have always decided against it because maybe he was just having a bad day. Well today I have had enough of this guys attitude... it stinks!!! He also told me about a week ago that I'm not allowed to bring my bike in the store anymore and accused me of knocking a bunch of grocery items off the rack and onto the floor, which never happened. There were a couple of drink cans and some packets of chips already laying on the floor when I walked in. I corrected him and told him he was wrong in accusing me before I left the store, he was dismissive and made no attempt to apologise. Should not have a job in customer service ...ANYWHERE!!! GET ON TO THIS PLEASE OTR, NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
