I’ve had the pleasure of visiting OTR Evanston Gardens multiple times, and I can confidently say that Hunter is the standout reason I keep coming back. Whether he’s filling up supplies or working behind the counter, Hunter is always on his feet, fully engaged, and never just standing around. His dedication to his work is clear, and it shows in everything he does.

What truly sets him apart is his genuine, refreshing personality. Every conversation with Hunter feels authentic, making each visit feel more like an enjoyable experience than just a quick stop for coffee. His commitment to exceptional service goes beyond expectations, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere every time.

OTR Evanston Gardens is a shining example of great customer service, thanks to dedicated staff like Hunter. If you're looking for excellent coffee and service, I highly recommend visiting when Hunter is on shift. He truly elevates the entire experience.

I came to get fuel and something to eat at around 4.20pm, the two females were busy chatting, the older one came over and asked what I wanted then continued to joke around with other staff member and two men who came in. She threw my cake on the counter and turned her back to me, didn't say thank you, didn't offer me my receipt in fact she was really rude.
When I left I saw the happy to unhappy faces to rate my experience, so I pressed the unhappy face, with that the older lady came running over and started pressing the happy face button, and then she and the other girl started laughing hysterically.
I buy my fuel here all the time but I certainly won't be going back .

Last couple of visits have been disappointing. Need more training on correct temperature to serve food. Pie was half frozen and hotdogs were tepid. Won't be ordering hot food ever again for fear of food poisoning.

Often get served by Annette, Ange and James in the mornings their customers service is fantastic and the coffee is amazing. Happy to go back and feel welcome every time. Don’t get this experience anywhere else!

I have a chai latte from here most weekends, however on 28th of October the latte I ordered wasn’t quite right and after drinking 1/2 the cup it began to taste like fish.

After throwing out what was left there was this green clump of something that gave off the foulest odour.

After trying to email OTR twice through their get in touch app and have since had no reply you can now have it as a review instead.

I won’t be coming back for another coffee from here.

Have been attending otr Evanston Gardens since opening was a little rough in the beginning staff where rude wasn't tidy or clean. In last 2 to 3 months I have noticed a change in staff the guy working mornings is amazing always nice to be greated with a smile always cleaning and straightening up store its great. I would highly recommend stopping in for a morning coffee.
