Lauren has been my agent for many years now and is always the utmost professional, friendly, helpful TA I know. Above and beyond always… She definitely knows her stuff! All the staff are amazing, helpful and friendly. On those occasions I’ve called and Lauren has been unavailable the other TAs have helped without any hesitation. Katie certainly has a fantastic team! Great service! Lauren went above and beyond to find the best price for our flights (which is difficult in the current climate!). She was very patient with my decision making process and multiple destination changes, was prompt with communication, and thought of everything from quickest changeovers, baggage allowances, seating, insurance and even offered accommodation suggestions. We can't recommend Yvette enough! Over the past 8 years we have engaged Yvette to organise our annual ‘pilgrimage’ to a new country and culture.
As always, Yvette plans our dream holiday to perfection. From the initial consultation to the final itinerary, from leaving to returning, Yvette’s knowledge, efficiency and ‘above and beyond’ approach always leaves us with a great memory of our trip away.
One example of Yvette’s above and beyond approach was illustrated on our last trip (Dec/Jan) when our flights were cancelled 😰 less than 12hrs before departure due to a cyclone. Stress!! However, we were unaware that Yvette had held flights with another airline, ‘just in case’ as she had been monitoring the situation out of Cairns. That ‘above and beyond’ approach and ‘just in case card’ enabled us to attend a very special 25year reunion with friends, which meant the world to us. We remain so grateful 🙏🏼
We don’t bother with organising any of our own holidays since having found Yvette (part of our family now 😊), we just let Yvette know the dates and let her surprise us. She never lets us down!
