A big attraction of O’Shannessy’s is the door to door drop off however my experience of this is not great. After a trip to Canberra the coach stopped on the Western Ring road to meet the limousines home. I live in Kew which is close to the city yet I and two others were taken home via Melbourne import to drop another couple off.
We arrived at the pickup at 4.15 early to allow a toilet break for all travellers however our car didn’t arrive until 4.50 as the time had been booked incorrectly. I got home at 6.15pm, a longtime to spend in peak traffic.
I would have preferred to take a taxi directly home. This was not a cheap trip either.
Not good enough O’Shannessy’s!

O'shannessy's Quality Tours are FABULOUS!!!! My husband and I have completed 4 tours now. The last one was to Kangaroo Island - WOW. It was excellent. We have had great pleasure in meeting 3 different teams of Drivers and Coach Directors. All persons concerned have been so terrific in their ability to manage all age groups and capabilities of passengers. We are very interested in doing another trip with them next year - Darwin to Perth via Broome. Love them heaps!!!!

O'Shannessy's Quality Tour are truly the best by far. Their team of highly specialized staff, stems from years and years of experience. My mum Josie loves traveling with O'Shannessy's Travel, knowing that she will have zero worries and enjoy amazing sites from overseas and across Australia. Also being taken care of as if she she was family. Every person that travels with O'Shannessy's are treated like they are Royalty. There is no other coach operator in Melbourne that offers good old fashion service like O'Shannessy's. Customer care is their number 1 priority. 10/10. Thanks for looking after Mum. My highlight was the Pro Hart art Gallery in Broken Hill.
Stopping at the picnic spots and enjoying lunch made up from tables set up with amazing food by Sue and Geoff.
I also enjoyed the Silo art .
Loved the bush library's as well.
