Using Orbit Travel only caused more stress and confusion. They took more than two weeks to make my booking, in which time the price for the flights went up, then they charged me an extra $150 booking fee. Now that I need to cancel my flights, Orbit charge an extra $100 to do this - on top of the airline cancellation fees. I had to call the airline to get the information about my bookings and options and then relay to Orbit what to do - which then took them several days to process - and they won't proceed with it until you pay their fees. It's so much cheaper and less of a hassle to book things yourself than use Orbit. Do not recommend.
