I began working on my wedding with Sarah Feb 2020 when she agreed to provide décor and dress the wedding venue for my upcoming Sept 2020 wedding. Sarah was so helpful with ideas and suggestions to fit our style and budget. When covid hit, Sarah stayed in touch and agreed to the new date (Jul 21) without problem and then didn't even blink when the guest list dropped from 120 guests down to 22. All requests were fulfilled and not once was I told 'no' in fact, a greenery wall I had my eye on was purchased by the team and adapted to suit my theme!

Our experience with O.R Butterfly has been wonderful!

My husband and I hired O.R Butterfly for the coordination and decor for our combined wedding (Nigerian traditional wedding and White wedding ceremony). It was such a packed day of events as we had so many traditions to cover, and Sarah made it her priority to ensure that my husband and I got all we wanted from the day. We made our enquiry to orbuttterfly events for decor services shortly after we got engaged in Spring 2021 and had our venue booked. From the very beginning Sarah was professional,friendly, timely and approachable. She gave us all of our options from centrepieces to napkin colours and made the whole process so quick and easy with nothing being too much of an ask. So much so we used orbutterfly events for our Nigerian traditional wedding as well!

They were consistent over both days and absolutely delivered and made both our venues look stunning! On both days Sarah and her team arrived on time and brought the vision we had to life.

Im not one for reviews but I thought i have to provide feedback as I can not explain how happy i am with the service received. Sarah and the crew were GREAT, They were the best suppliers we used on our wedding day. They literally arrived as per the schedule and got to work with assembling the amazing decorations straight away with no fuss or worries! They literally are wheat you need on your big day! They guys are friensly and professional and even went out of their way to help with other aspects of the wedding.

I highly recommend and will DEFINITELY use them again for future events!

They were always professional and replied back to emails and calls very quickly, which always made me feel valued as a client. The team gave us ideas to make our day unique and help the vision of our wedding become a reality.

They decorated our venue, provided a bar, photobooth, dance floor, throne chairs, gold cake table, “LOVE” letters and a postbox. The room was so beautiful. The gold cake table popped in the room, the “LOVE” letters were a lovely addition and the centrepieces added that extra wow factor. Everything was beautifully presented and their attention to detail was amazing.

I would not hesitate using OR Butterfly again and can honestly say that their service went above and beyond and you will not regret hiring them!
