We stayed for a week in a one bedroom apartment and it was the best we have ever been in. The North aspect of the building is the best in Surfers. The whole experience was great. The building is really well maintained. It’s very clean and the pool and gardens were immaculate. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return next year.

We had a wonderful time staying in a beautifully renovated 2-bedroom unit at One The Esplanade. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable — it had everything we needed for a relaxed Gold Coast holiday.

The pool area was lovely and well maintained, and the whole property was clearly well looked after. It felt peaceful and easygoing, with a very relaxed vibe throughout our stay.

Having a secure carpark included was a huge bonus, and the location can’t be beaten — just steps to the beach with super easy access. It’s also conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and attractions like the SkyPoint Observation Deck, all within walking distance.

We were lucky to have amazing weather, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for families, couples, or anyone wanting a great beachfront stay on the Gold Coast!

Great location right on the beach, short walk to Paradise Mall, plenty of shops , clean and tidy surroundings. Great people running the apartments and the manager stayed back to ensure we knew how to access everything. Big thanks.

We stayed here having not experienced the Gold Coast before (2A & 2K) so went all out on our budget for accommodation. We were not disappointed and absolutely loved the location and the view. After a long day at the theme parks it was an easy walk to the hussle and bussel of the night markets and easy to find a place to eat. Having the beach on the doorstep with the pool as well made for an exceptional holiday. Our apartment was lovely and clean and the staff really friendly and helpful. Thanks so much we really appreciated it.

After seeing the high ratings and the pics of this place, I thought try this place out. ||I booked two bedroom apartment for a week and I couldn't believe there was only one old air-con for the whole place. This thing was struggling to cool down the place.||They had fans in the bedrooms and the beds in both rooms were that uncomfortable. The double bed had was very hard with a dip in the middle. After the third night, my wife and I decided to sleep in the second room which had two single beds, the beds were also hard and the pillows were very uncomfortable. ||After the sixth night my back was killing me. My wife started to feel like she was getting bitten by something while she slept. Most probably from dust mites. At this point I decided to leave a day earlier as I couldn't stay here any longer. ||The views of the beach was the only thing that was good at this place. The kitchen was old, with old utensils. The bathroom was also old. ||Maybe this was just the apartment we stayed in, but for the price I paid to stay here, I could have gotten something much better with air conditioning throughout the whole apartment.

The new managers are so nice! Brian and Janet were amazing! Excellent welcome , the building is kept so clean and tidy. The location in Surfers Paradise would have to be the best you can get! Right on the beach. WOW the views ! We looked directly onto the beach. We have been here a few times and will definitely return. Love this place.

Large apartment, close to beach and restaurants., nice pool. Serviced only once a week. Only steps to reception, no ramp or lift. Lift to rooms.

In our unit, every room faced Surfers Paradise and it was truly spectacular. It does get bright very early (6:30 am) and they don't have blackout curtains. So if early mornings are not your thing, or you wake up with light, you may want to avoid it. We were staying there for 5 days and they provided only 1 dishwashing tablet, and 1 detergent tablet. |Otherwise, everything is absolutely perfect - from location to the cleanliness as well as the size of the unit.
