WOW! This company is one of the BEST for event planning and party rentals!!! Ashley was perfect and made our special day so smooth and beautiful. Her planning techniques and professionalism, and creativity is top notch. She was with us throughout the whole process and even went above and beyond by bringing us medicine, vitamins and liquids to keep us hydrated when we got a little sick on our wedding day. Will be definitely recommending her to everybody I know. Thank you again for making our wedding unforgettable!!

Wow! Lisa and her team are the wedding gods!! We hired Lisa about 2 years ago when our original wedding date was April 18, 2020 however, due to COVID-19 we had to push back our date to August 15, 2020. From the very beginning Lisa guided and helped organize my ENTIRE wedding. Since we planned our wedding from out of state, we rented all of our linen, decore, servers, and day of coordination from OnCloud9. Whatever you ask for or need, Lisa has it! She is very organized, kept in constant communication, and made her self available through text and answered any big or small questions I had. 2 weeks prior to the wedding Lisa called and followed up with every single vendor to make sure everything was in order and ready to go. The day of the wedding I had to do absolutely NOTHING! Lisa, Morgan, Avery, and her team setup and ran the entire day making sure everybody and everything was where it needed to be and most importantly constantly checked if me and my husband were okay. They brought us water, made our plate, helped fix a dress mishap, and even made us “to go” plates and snacks to take with us at the end of the night. I cannot express the amount of detail and passion the OnCloud9 team have for what they do. Lisa gave me total Mom vibes and was always there for me when I needed her, even emotionally! I’m actually sad I won’t be working with her anymore. OnCloud9 was worth every penny and I seriously would not have had the most perfect wedding day I always dreamt of without them!

I don’t even know where to begin. Ashley and Lisa made my daughters wedding dream/vision come true. Seriously, perfection! Looking back at the pictures I first shared with Ashley, it was exactly what they wanted. The attention to every detail…unmatched. Checking, rechecking, verifying to make sure all bases were covered right up until the wedding day. Your communication was superb! The table scapes, the Hexagon arch, LOVE sign, Cigar Bar signs (pics to come later) the seating charts and table numbers, every tiny detail was taken care of. Thank you for a dream come true!

Lisa went above and beyond. She was so helpful, it made the planning processes so much easier on us. She had great suggestions for vendors, helped with their contract, and corrdinated all their arrivals and deliveries. Her and the crew at Cloud9 set up everything so beautifuly and at the end of the night they stayed until every thing was cleaned up. She took care of all issues that arose on the day of. With her help we were able to sit back and enjoy every minute of our daughter's beautiful wedding day. I would recommend Cloud9 and Lisa to anyone looking for the perfect wedding planner.

We used OnCloud9 events for our wedding and used their all inclusive package. Brandi was my coordinator. Her and her staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth and on time. I was not stressed at all planning this wedding because they took care of everything! I highly recommend spending the extra funds in your budget for their help. We also rented the love letters from them which are pictured!

Working with Lisa from Cloud9 was a stellar experience and, at this point, I can't imagine having planned the wedding without the team at Cloud9.

They accommodated unique requests for incorporating our decorations/ideas and made sure that the invoice was something we were comfortable with. Lisa & Linnie's day of decoration and day of coordination were similarly way above expectations. It's one thing to be able to turn an old building into a color-coordinated vision, but to turn around and tirelessly orchestrate our wedding immediately after was beyond impressive. These are people that took care of all the little things you might not even notice and could not have been friendlier or easier to work with throughout.
