Tina and Neil were lovely. We went for a tasting for my wedding and we booked them on the spot. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and we had a tour of the kitchen. Cannot recommend enough.

They work with our venue a lot and help people create memorable and affordable menu varieties. Conferences, weddings, intimate dinner parties and birthday celebrations, they've done it all and their staff are all impeccable service professionals. I can't wait to have them again!

Hudson's were amazing to deal with right from our tasting, a few last minute menu changes and on the night of our wedding.

We chose a shared feast, and our guests absolutely loved it and mentioned how tasty all the meals were.

Communication with Trish was amazingly prompt, and nothing was ever an issue for them.

There was plenty of food, and our guests definitely did not go home hungry.

We used Hudson's Famous Catering for our wedding as our venue didn't offer catering and aren't we glad the universe gifted us with Hudson's. From the beginning the staff were extremely helpful and very responsive to my enquiries, nothing was too hard for them. We had so many guests comment on how amazing the food was and no one left the wedding hungry. The staff on the night were amazing. If I could give Hudson's more then 5 stars I would.

We used Hudson's to cater our wedding and they did not disappoint! A big thank you to Neil and and Trish for all your help. Not only did we give them a short 2 weeks notice, but we didn't even sample any food prior to the day which we were a little nervous about. The king fish ceviche was perfection and their overall menu options were definitely a lot more refined than other catering companies. Would highly recommend using Hudson's and I look forward to using them again in the future.

We booked Hudson's Famous for our wedding and although it hasn't even happened yet, the level of customer service we have received from Neil and Trish has been exceptional. It is obvious that they take so much pride in what they deliver and have already gone above and beyond for us on more than one occasion. They are always upfront and honest in their communication and have been so flexible and accommodating despite our plans having to change multiple times. The quality of the food is also amazing. If you are considering booking Hudsons for your wedding or event I would strongly urge you to do so, I honestly believe you would struggle to find a better vendor!
