I was told if I ordered an out of stock product online, it would be delivered by 11am the next day. It's now 2 days later and the tracking still shows "out for delivery" so if you NEED supplies for a job in a short time-frame DO NOT believe what they tell you. It's now the weekend so IF it arrives on Monday, that's 5 days when I was promised next day delivery UPDATE: It is now Tuesday, still no delivery

28/8/2025 around 5:20 pm we were at Office work for printing documents. We felt we were not treated professionally, and felt that the customer service officer Shofana was not professional and lucked customer skills when dealing with me and my friends. She was rather unhelpful, unsupportive and at time she was rude, yelling and interrupting us.

I recommend that this customer service officer offered extensive training and mentoring on how to provide and also offer quality service to officework clients equally.
We hope that this complaint on the conduct of this employee taken by your office seriouslly.

Big shout out to the young trans boy Bec on the printing desk. He took his time helping me print photos at machines. As someone who is challenged by technology, he made a world of difference sitting with me through the process. Do recommend if you are like me and have no idea what you are doing! Great work young man.

I was very impressed with the worker in the technology section today Zayn, he helped me with what would be best for me after my desktop couldn't be updated to Windows 11. Didn't try and upsell me something I didnt need, but was honest and dumbed it down for me. Happy customer

I initially left a 1-star review due to the poor handling of a faulty Apple TV I purchased less than six months ago. The remote was malfunctioning (scrolling uncontrollably) and I was made to bring the entire device in its original packaging just to be told it would need to be repaired — not replaced. I left it on March 23 and was told it would take 2–3 weeks.

After a week with no updates, I checked and found out it hadn’t even left the store yet. I returned multiple times and was told “it’s going out today” — yet it sat there until the following Friday.

Weeks later, Clyde Computers, the authorised repairer, contacted me directly to say the remote had been replaced and the Apple TV was ready — but that Officeworks Tuggeranong wasn’t responding to their pickup requests. They’d tried four times and were ignored.

I returned to the store several times to follow up. Every time I spoke to the store manager, Jodie, I received a different excuse: she didn’t know how to use the system, someone was sick, she was busy with stocktake. On May 15, she admitted nothing had been done, and when I said I would file a complaint, she covered her name badge and started shouting at me in front of other customers.

After nearly two months, my device is still not back — not because of the repair process, but because Officeworks Tuggeranong and her manager Jodie, has refused to organise the return.

Thankfully, I visited the Fyshwick store, where a helpful manager confirmed everything and attempted to redirect the return there — something Tuggeranong should’ve done weeks ago.

The customer service at Tuggeranong was disgraceful — especially from a manager.

I tried to buy a desk from them and the gentlemen on the floor who assisted me was great. I asked about price matching and showed him on my phone where I could buy the same desk for less. He agreed and said to talk to the front desk while paying. He then went out the back to get the desk for me.

When I tried to pay at the counter, a different gentlemen refused the price match and took it personally that I questioned him on it. Even though the products were identical, he refused to even discuss it. I’ve since bought the same desk elsewhere for less money.

It was very frustrating to go from being really impressed by one employee, to being dismissed and insulted by another. Don’t promise to price match if you won’t honour it, and don’t take it personally when someone tries to explain the situation to you. Listen to your customers, or they’ll become someone else’s.

To the management of this store you really need to recognise the staff member of the print 🖨,copy Section name Bec!
Bec went above and beyond to help me with printing 1704 pages as I had no idea how to use the self-printer,
Over the next 3 hours this had taken, I watched Bec run crazy attend to all customers in a very professional manner.
I wish all stores had quality customer service like i experienced at Officeworks today.

Staff member Sujal was amazing! As I'm technologically challenged he sorted everything I needed for my phone, photos, SD card & reader. Much appreciated as he made everything easy for me.
