Put in an online order to print & collect Saturday morning, for a Tuesday afternoon collect, and on tuesday morning found i'd been refunded but no email or cancelation. I called with my confirmation number handy and everything, and i was told "not my problem, if you want to resolve anything call the main support line" i pushed and said it was their problem i needed those papers printed for today and i'd ordered them through their store, i have proof. I was told and i quote " what did you expect it was a long weekend sometimes we cancel things" and then she hung up on me. I truly wish i had better memory because i can't for the life of me remember her name, i didnt think i would have to remember her name. I will never shop here again. 10 minutes later I called big colour works and they said they could have everything ready in an hour. Go to big colour works, they deserve your business much more than the people at officeworks.
Ps it was also about half the price at big colour works.

Busy or not. Terrible service. 2 visits for same thing. I wish there would be another store so i wouldn't have to visit tghis store. Always there are enoughstaff but terrible customer service. Almost every single visit.

Shaun”s customer service was truly above and beyond. After speaking to a couple of other staff who noted that they were unable to assist me with my purchase issue, Shaun went ahead and not only sorted the problem, he went above and beyond to not only replace the item, he contacted the supplier after I had problems trying to .
